This is a great app! The customer service from the LimeSpot reps has been awesome, special shout out to Dominic for all the help with our customization additions to our site. Definitely recommend this app. Only had it a few days but already it's generating sales. Was easy enough to install and LimeSpot offered a free customization and took care of the details to make it a seamless integration on our site. 5 stars!

Limespot customer service is very personable and always responds in a timely matter. They fix issues quickly and are also receptive to good ideas / suggestions to improve their app. They really truly care about their customers.

This app is just awesome!!! I've tried several apps before and their performance is a speck compared to what Personalizer can do. The recommendations also make sense; unlike the others who I feel just randomly suggests stuff. It needs of a bit of navigating through the diff features to get used to what each means but once you crack it, there's just no stopping at discovering what more it can do.

When your store has a lot of products, it's vital that you are able to show relevant products to your visitors. We set up this app to test it and within just 2 weeks it proved to be a winner! The numbers don't lie. It has increased sales well beyond what we had hoped it would. Support for this app is excellent and it was easy to train our not-so-technically-oriented staff how to set up manual recommendations. 5 Stars! Update: Almost a year later and the support for this app is second to none. They jump right on any issues we have and get things working again fast.

This a great and very useful app for any online store. It shows much needed information of products that most customers don't even know we offer. It is a great way to promote certain product types, brands, styles. Real easy to use and any questions you have, the support team is quick to answer and are very helpful. Would recommend this app to anyone looking to show more variety of the products they offer on your website.

UPDATE 3: Frederick has been amazing helping with customizations with our new theme. He's really gone above and beyond to make sure the Look and feel of the app matches our site redesign. Continue to highly recommend this app! UPDATE 2: Another winning customer support experience today. I needed a slight tweak to a standard upsell feature we use in the cart. I reached out to the support team, got a quick response from Ryanna, and the change was made and live on the site in a matter of minutes. An additional "permanent fix" script was implemented by the tech team within a couple of days, and I couldn't be happier with the result! If only all app developers were this responsive! UPDATE: Customer service continues to be stellar. Solution oriented, willingness to accommodate special circumstances and Leo went out of his way today to customize something I couldn't figure out on my own. Highly recommended! ----- Unbelievable customer service + unparalleled customization of upsell/cross-sell settings has made Limespot one of our most important apps. Our jewelry pieces usually have coordinating pieces (necklace with matching earrings and bracelet) and with all of the "big-data" automation options out there, we were still not getting the result we wanted. Limespot allows us to put a "complete the look" section on every product page with the matching pieces front and center. It does take some time to manually go through and match these pieces, but not as much as the other options we had explored prior to deciding to go with Limespot. The effort is worth it for us and we are already seeing great results. In addition to manually matching coordinating pieces, we have taken advantage of Limespot's technology to auto-populate bestseller and other similar categories. I can't say enough about how pleased I am to have found a recommendation engine that gives us the best of both worlds - the ease of automated suggestions and the ability to control individual suggestions that we prefer to be making. On top of this, the support team has helped us with visual customizations making it work well and look good in our store. Love it!

I received the recommendation from a Shopify representative and I was very pleased from the beginning from the wealth of features and the wise possibilities, plus the comfortable pricing plan. In my previous position I have designed similar interfaces myself what make me appreciate your system even more. Awesome APP and GREAT service. Anahita went above and beyond, I had one small tweak I need adjust and Anahita sorted that and made a whole heap of improvements. EXCELLENT!
