To be honest, I forgot I signed up for a free trial with this app and all of a sudden - my sales were going up. I had no idea why. I thought it was because I started doing Facebook & Instgram ads but when I looked at my referral traffic, it seemed low to translate into that many sales! So I figured I must be mis-reading the data or something must be broken. Now the mystery is solved! This app has had a positive impact on the user experience for my website's visitors and I will 100% be keeping them for this website and my other websites as well! And may I add that Marc was absolutely amazing in guiding me through the portal and explaining everything! A BIG THANK YOU!!

Love, love, love this app. Easy to install, good support, and so much fun to try different combinations on different pages. Some of the functions (trending, most popular) take a while to gather information, so we left them off for the first months as they weren't truthful, but we have started introducing them now, and they are up-to-date and they definitely encourage people to order from the list. The only thing I feel is missing right now, is some help from Limespot in analysing the information on the dashboard - if most of our sales are coming through 'Recently Viewed', for instance, does that mean we should have that function on more pages, or is it figuring so prominently because it is already on many pages, and maybe we should try something else? I would pay to have someone do an analysis of how we have set the app up....maybe a thought for Limespot's team for the future?

Great app! Awesome and responsive support! The team always checks in to make sure the app is configured the best way. They respond to every question and fix quickly. It looks that there is a growth in revenue because off this app but my store is new on Shopify. Will continue using! Thank you!

5 star support - I would give 10 stars if possible - the team @ Limespot is outstanding The app itself, without a doubt, pays for itself month after month. Don't hesitate to give Limespot a try, you'll be glad you did!! Great support team that is there to help whenever you need any customization. They have a killer UI! Great job !

They people at LimeSpot have been really helpful and stayed true to their word about not charging until it make you a profit. It a great app to give customers more relevant products to look at and more. I would recommend it to a friend :)

Limespot is super cool, and the support is awesome: Helpful, kind, and smart folks who do the heavy lifting for you and always respond right away. Rubbish app. It screws around with your theme big time, and has a handy 'cleanup my theme' button once uninstalled which simply reinstalls the app onto your store without removing any of the code on your theme. This is incredibly misleading. It is also difficult to customise.

The "greatest" app in the world isn't worth a darn thing without good support. Personalizer is clearly a very complex app and what makes it *really* great is the *really* great support. They bend over backwards to address your needs and one time they got something completed for me before I even had the chance to actually ask for it. Great work. Keep it up!

Plenty of features with customised options, great support, it's brought me more sales. How else can you ask for? Great app, highly recommended!

Awesome app. Love the nifty functionality and various options. And the support has been amazing. Fast, efficient and thorough! Update 30 May 19 Migrated to a new theme and within minutes they had me setup on it. Very prompt and friendly service.

The recommended products blend in seamlessly with my theme and the rest of the website - Marc offers excellent and timely customer service, and was happy to tweak and customise things for me

Michelle has been really helpful in fixing a glitch that caused the recommendation boxes to be pushed up and quickly removed the error messages that showed up on product/collection pages. The Personalizer may not be the easiest to use, but the support team has been great in responding to requests for help!

Their service and support has been very helpful in setting up this app. They were even willing to log in and help me adjust the color to better suit the dark theme I am using. Overall a great program, which only charges you once it pays for itself multiple times over!
