Very cool and useful app. Adds a wide range of useful tools to personalize the buying experience and increase average order value. Customer support so far has been excellent as well. I'd recommend.

I've tested A LOT of recommendations apps and this is by far the best one on Shopify. There is so much customization that can be achieved and the customer support is out of this world. Within the trial period, I have already made enough sales through the app that cover a month's cost. Also, anytime I've ever had an issue, Michelle has provided me with great support and fixed it right away.

very good app, I do see boosting in my season, however, my product is highly season, I got the app in the last few days, really don't have enough data to give a more extensive review, their support is great, these guys are passionate really want to make things work, the response from their team is really good, try this app now, if your products is not seasonal, you may see results immediately. highly recommended ledmall.com

Truly amazing support and GREAT app. They are VERY responsive to questions and support. This app is a must have for any store. It's versatile and has great curb appeal on a site. Wonderful job and once again, best support I've seen in a while.

To be honest, I forgot I signed up for a free trial with this app and all of a sudden - my sales were going up. I had no idea why. I thought it was because I started doing Facebook & Instgram ads but when I looked at my referral traffic, it seemed low to translate into that many sales! So I figured I must be mis-reading the data or something must be broken. Now the mystery is solved! This app has had a positive impact on the user experience for my website's visitors and I will 100% be keeping them for this website and my other websites as well! And may I add that Marc was absolutely amazing in guiding me through the portal and explaining everything! A BIG THANK YOU!!

Love, love, love this app. Easy to install, good support, and so much fun to try different combinations on different pages. Some of the functions (trending, most popular) take a while to gather information, so we left them off for the first months as they weren't truthful, but we have started introducing them now, and they are up-to-date and they definitely encourage people to order from the list. The only thing I feel is missing right now, is some help from Limespot in analysing the information on the dashboard - if most of our sales are coming through 'Recently Viewed', for instance, does that mean we should have that function on more pages, or is it figuring so prominently because it is already on many pages, and maybe we should try something else? I would pay to have someone do an analysis of how we have set the app up....maybe a thought for Limespot's team for the future?

Great app! Awesome and responsive support! The team always checks in to make sure the app is configured the best way. They respond to every question and fix quickly. It looks that there is a growth in revenue because off this app but my store is new on Shopify. Will continue using! Thank you!

They people at LimeSpot have been really helpful and stayed true to their word about not charging until it make you a profit. It a great app to give customers more relevant products to look at and more. I would recommend it to a friend :)

Rubbish app. It screws around with your theme big time, and has a handy 'cleanup my theme' button once uninstalled which simply reinstalls the app onto your store without removing any of the code on your theme. This is incredibly misleading. It is also difficult to customise.

The "greatest" app in the world isn't worth a darn thing without good support. Personalizer is clearly a very complex app and what makes it *really* great is the *really* great support. They bend over backwards to address your needs and one time they got something completed for me before I even had the chance to actually ask for it. Great work. Keep it up!
