AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and AMAZING APP!!! I had an issue with the default theme, used the free in-chat app, and got amazingly fast and helpful service. Michael helped me fix a very small tweak (fixing the alignment of a header box) that makes my store look amazing! He and I were emailing back and forth for over a WEEK and he finally got the problem fixed!! Unbelievable customer service. Michael is the man! There are many apps that do the same as this one, but the LimeSpot help team is what will make this the best in the market. DOWNLOAD you won't regret it!

Phenomenal support and features. They have really helped me out. Whenever business picks up, I am sure they will drive a higher a.o.v. for my store. I like this app. Only wish I could figure out how to use it better. the support is top-notch. Thankfully they help me out a lot.
