Easy App to use - I have emailed the company several times to ask for help on what I can do to improve or if I have been unsure on something - they come back really quickly with the info I needed - very helpful... This app is exactly what I was hoping to find. The ability to customize the pages it appears on gives total flexibility regarding where to promote additional products and where not to. Also, the feature which enables manual selection of recommended products allows better potential for upsell of accessories. There are many excellent Apps on the Shopify system and probably many more outside of Shopify. What sets the ones associated with Shopify apart from the rest, is that the developers seem to be outstanding in their customer service. They actually care about customers. When I first started using LimeSpot I was held back as my business has an unusually large number of SKU’s ~ 10k on the web. LimeSpot was not originally designed to manage that many SKU’s but Ryanna and her developer colleagues went ahead and re wrote some code to incorporate my business. It is not often that a company will do that! So LimeSpot is a superb App – a ;must have’ for serious e commerce ....and the outstanding customer support makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

Been using Limespot for a couple of month's now and feel it's definitely worth getting. The set up is a very seamless and easy process without much tweaking required. We noticed an almost immediate increase conversation value and product views right after installation. The product recommendation feature is definitely our favorite with very relevant recommendations and significant click through rates. It's definitely on my list of must-get apps for any Shopify store.
