The app is both simple to use but incredibly robust in the features available. We've been especially impressed with the support offered. I just started using this app only a week ago. Super friendly and helpful team who helped me personalize and set up the app in less than an hour. There are many excellent Apps on the Shopify system and probably many more outside of Shopify. What sets the ones associated with Shopify apart from the rest, is that the developers seem to be outstanding in their customer service. They actually care about customers. When I first started using LimeSpot I was held back as my business has an unusually large number of SKU’s ~ 10k on the web. LimeSpot was not originally designed to manage that many SKU’s but Ryanna and her developer colleagues went ahead and re wrote some code to incorporate my business. It is not often that a company will do that! So LimeSpot is a superb App – a ;must have’ for serious e commerce ....and the outstanding customer support makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

This app is one of our favorite. It's a must have if you're running a Shopify store! Hands down the best personalization and recommendation app and engine for Shopify! We tested them all and are planning to stick with LimeSpot. They have great responsive support and are always working to tweak their recs. We love the rich features and ability to customize everything.

Been using Limespot for a couple of month's now and feel it's definitely worth getting. The set up is a very seamless and easy process without much tweaking required. We noticed an almost immediate increase conversation value and product views right after installation. The product recommendation feature is definitely our favorite with very relevant recommendations and significant click through rates. It's definitely on my list of must-get apps for any Shopify store.

We have been trying LimeSpot and it is very an excellent recommandation app that allow us to get more products sold through one customer because of additional selling. We will continue to use LimeSpot being a registered user after our trial period. For us, it is an app very easy to install and to configure, completely integrated within our theme. Most comprehensive product suggestion with last items viewed app i have found. It helps get products in front of the customers which in turn helps move more inventory. If your looking for a simple way to boost sales and a better suggested products feature then whats built into most themes give this one a try.

Totally misleading charging structure. I also am reporting this to Shopify. Be warned - we had been charged 900 dollars per month for several months more than advertised!!! Do not install this app!!!!
