I've had this app installed only for a short time so I cannot yet comment on the increase revenue, however, I will say that customer service is extremely efficient and helpful! Unlike other apps, they respond really fast. It's refreshing and I'm impressed!

The APP is great but the Service is better. Leo fixed everything I asked very fast even with the time difference. Keep up the great work guys!

Great app! It appears to be working as customers have been adding recommended products to their cart(s). The customer service is also fantastic! I needed a bit of help customizing some of the features within the code and Ryanna from LimeSpot Personalizer was BEYOND helpful. Thanks!

Love this app and the support behind it! No matter what you are selling, you have to have a good upsell - cross sell type system in place or your leaving money on the table. This one works extremely well once you learn all the tricks. It does do most of it for you. You can just fine tune it to your liking. You can see how we use it at www.letsprintbig.com. Awesome app i must say....good for up/cross-sells...thats the main reason i dloaded it. Also, i had a small issue with my font size for the product sizes and Leo from the customer service team resolved it very quickly. I do recommend this app for anyone who wants to up their game on their online store....Good analytics too!

This apps certainly works wonders. You pay only if a sale is made from their recommendations. A substantial increase in upsells and average turnover per customer.

Really great app, and most of all, a fantastic technical support ! I had a translation issue, I couldn't translate all the word in the "Debut" theme. Problem solved very quickly by Stephanie with a line of code ! This very little issue now solved, this app is really doing a great job, with many possibilities of customizations. Keep up the good work !
