Updating from a previous review. We initially struggled to get support to help us deal with some issues. However we did eventually get some assistance and I would like to recognise the work Timo has put in to getting things working smoothly for us. The app is now working as we had hoped. Thank you
Thank you for updating your review, we really appreciate that. And fair point regarding the initial difficulties. Glad we could turn that around and get everything running the way you needed. I’ll pass your feedback on to Timo. If anything else comes up or you want to improve things further, just reach out anytime.
Thank you for your great feedback
After inkfrog shut down, I had to find another app. This one syncs orders almost immediately. The customer service is top notch. I'm still getting used to it, but overall I recommend it. Syncing with already existing ebay listings was made fairly easy.
Thank you for your feedback! Great to hear the switch after Inkfrog worked out and that the order sync is running fast and reliably, that’s critical. Also good to know the migration of existing eBay listings was smooth for you. If you need help while getting fully set up or want to optimize anything, just reach out anytime.
Very good app with great support from Timo! We switched from Inkfrog to this app after Wix decided to shut down Inkfrog and we could not be happier. 5 stars and even faster sync between Shopify and eBay than for example Inkfrog. Only thing I miss is user controlled description templates but the support team will help you to add one default and they have user-controlled description template on their to-do list. :) Recommended!
Thank you for the great feedback! Awesome to hear the switch worked out so well for you and that the sync speed meets your expectations, especially compared to Inkfrog. I’ll pass your feedback on to Timo. You’re absolutely right about the description templates. it’s already on our roadmap, and we’re working towards giving you more control there. In the meantime, we’re happy to help set up a default that fits your needs. If anything else comes up, just reach out anytime.
Great app. Syncs existing eBay listings to shopify products which is exactly what we needed. Inventory, images etc, everything works well.
Thank you for your feedback! Great to hear the sync of existing eBay listings into Shopify is working exactly as you needed, especially for inventory, images and product data. That’s a key part of the app. If you want to optimize anything further or need support, just reach out anytime.
Fast and knowledgeable support. So far everything is working as expected. Easy and simple to maintain.
