Wir hatten ein Problem bei der Übertragung vom Shop zu eBay. Nach einem kurzen Mail an den Support wurde sofort reagiert und das Problem behoben. Wie sich herausstellte, lag der Fehler auf unserer Seite – dennoch war das überhaupt kein Problem. Uns wurde direkt und freundlich geholfen. Auch der telefonische Kontakt war sehr angenehm und entspannt. Alles in allem ein hervorragender Service und eine zuverlässige App. Ich kann eBay Sync von LionzApps nur weiterempfehlen!

Ich habe die APP in der letzten Woche eingerichtet. Hatte einige Fragen an den Entwickler, die wurden sofort beantwortet. Alles auch Deutsch, was bei Shopify ja sonst oft ein Problem ist. Wir haben noch nie auf Ebay verkauft, mit der APP ist das jetzt einfach möglich. Nach zwei Tage waren 7 Bestellungen im Shop, alle über Ebay. Wir haben nicht mit einem so guten Start gerechnet.

At first, I wasn't able to use this app effectively. But after contacting customer support and following their advice, I realized it's a really good app. The price is reasonable, and it met all our needs. I recommend it.

Excellent technical support and smooth performance. I had an issue at first, but the owner worked with me directly and got everything syncing perfectly. You rarely see support like this with apps. I also appreciate that it lets me keep eBay as the main database and pull items into Shopify, since I usually list through the eBay app. You can run it the other way too, but this is the only app I found that supports my preferred workflow. Marketplace Connect doesn’t. Five stars.
