What the app is supposed to do and the possibility to have the developer(s) customize the app for my specific needs sounds awesome. Having tens of thousands of of SKUs and not being able to confidently sync inventory without dealing with overselling among other issues is just not a headache I want to deal with. It's possible that they will fix these issues in the future, but at this time it's simply unusable as it doesn't do what it advertises it does.

This is an updated review from my earlier feedback. Support did help at the beginning then they stopped replying. The app is littered with bugs, it will deduct more than that has sold which can cause over selling in either marketplace. Often it would not update at all so this had to be manually done. There is a lot better out there for a similar price.

App had piles of bugs Tried to work with the developer to fix it, but they persisted. Developer was adamant they would fix it, and communicated well. Asked my previous negative review to be removed. Removed the review, reinstalled the app so they could fix the bugs, but then I did not hear back. Not only does it still not work, I've now been billed for it. Immediately uninstalled and won't be coming back. Feels like a really dodgy bait and switch.

if it was possible to leave a zero star review i would. im not one to complain ESPECIALLY on a public platform. HOWEVER it should be noted if you use this app you will be forced to create "new shipping policies". by doing so this app completely OBLITERATED my ebay store. all the rates i had set in place for big and small items have since vanished with no way to correct the issue (also thanks to changing the policy i now also can not select other shipping methods on both the ebay app & website. DO NOT USE THIS APP UNLESS YOU WANTTO COST YOUR SELF TONS OF TIME AND MONEY.
