Outstanding app and service, Timo is super friendly and very accommodating. Record speed support and feature implementation; after getting burned by my previous sync provider, this is a breath of fresh air. Can only recommend!

Customer service is great but unfortunately I have had so many problems with the products listed on eBay that I asked for all products to be removed. After that, because of the way they removed the products I have been temporarily suspended from trading on eBay. I would try to find another app.

However, in our experience, the temporary suspension of your eBay account is not related to our app. As a rule, such a block is the result of important account information being missing or outstanding processes. Since your account has already been cleaned up, it seems unlikely to us that product removal is the reason for this. We would like to invite you to try our app again. Timo has been super helpful and patient with helping us develop a custom app solution for us! Would highly recommend using this app if you want to avoid syncing issues as other apps have given us in the past. The support is very responsive too, have nothing negative to say about Lionz whole heartedly.

Very good app, so easy to sync our collections to ebay from Shopify. Had a glitch but was resolved instantly via support (Timo). I wanted an app that allowed me to control all orders from Shopify and did that perfectly. Also had 2 orders instantly. Highly recommend! Great communication.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert! Die Schnittstelle hat auf Anhieb funktioniert und überträgt alle Daten innerhalb weniger Sekunden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist perfekt, da es absolut nichts zu beanstanden gibt. Der Kundenservice von eBay Sync reagiert innerhalb weniger Stunden – ein 24h-Service wäre da fast untertrieben. Großes Lob an das Team! Auch bei einer speziellen Anforderung wurde mir direkt geholfen, sodass die individuelle Unterstützung eine glatte 10/10 verdient. Macht weiter so – ihr werdet mich als Kunden nicht los! Ich werde euch definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Besonders überzeugt hat uns das herausragende Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ein großes Lob geht auch an das Lionz-Team, das Anpassungen an neue Anforderungen – wie die GPSR – innerhalb weniger Tage umgesetzt hat, nachdem eBay die notwendigen Änderungen kommuniziert hatte. Top-App, um schnell und GPSR-konform Artikel bei Ebay einzustellen. Dass zusätzlich die Ebay-Bestellungen in Shopify importiert werden, ist extrem praktisch und zeitsparend. Verschiedene Optionen um Beschreibungen, Preise etc. abzugleichen, runden das Paket ab. *Thumbs up*
