I have had the best experience! There are plenty of review platforms on the app store however I chose to pick Lipscore after seeing some other stores using this. So I decided to give it a go. And wow, I was blown away! I had a dedicated account manager to email who would reply in minutes as well as an easy and quick on boarding call. It is worth the money all day long - we are seeing almost double the amount of sales now we are showing reviews.

Amazing app with a personal touch. Really pleased with Lipscore so far. It’s a great app for bringing in lots of valuable reviews and we’ve been very happy with the response rate. We’ve had a really positive experience with this app. It’s easy to use, does what it’s supposed to, and the insights are genuinely helpful for understanding our customers. Georgina has also been great to work with - always responsive, easy to communicate with, and very on top of things. It makes a big difference having that kind of support. Overall, a reliable tool that’s added real value for us. Would happily recommend it.

Brilliant! Great service and our ratings have gone up massively since we started using them. My only critiscm is that the widgets aren't great for your own branding and are very limited in colours etc but I this is something that they are working on and are very receptive to helping to code it to suit in with your site. Highly recommend.

We looked around at various review platforms before making out decision and Lipscore came out on top across the board. The ease at which people can leave reviews was a top priority for us and how they embed themselves into our site so everything is on brand from what you see on our site to the follow up email.
