Really friendly and helpful team who are easily available on messenger to help. The app itself creates alot of ratings and reviews as it is very easy for customers to use and it's very quick to leave a star rating so generates a good percentage of reviews

We're just coming to the end of our trial period with Lipscore and have been nothing but impressed. The onboarding process was seamless with effective communication and support. The service in action has been a great tool for both gaining review insights from customers, but also for enabling us to go the extra mile in terms of service. We've been massively impressed by the Lipscore review system. The process was seemless and effortless, with implementation being quick and immediate. We have had a really positive experience with Lipscore since migrating over from another reviews platform. I know the value of customer reviews and testimonials and have struggled to secure them over the 10 years I have been in business. I hadn't heard of Lipscore when they called me, but I knew that I had nothing to lose by taking the plunge! The implementations was straight forward and painless. UPDATE TO THIS: Since having some issues with how the star rating system was being perceived by our customer base, Lipscore has worked with us to provide great customer service. They've added a feature for our invites to get clients to confirm their ratings as to not have as many low star ratings done as a mistake thinking they are good ratings. Works, but can lead to false negative reviews if the customer does not read properly or understand the "Star" rating system (Sounds ridiculous I know, but it'll happen more than you think). Their method does get a lot of reviews and stars in a quick amount of time. Gives you great feedback on your products and how they are enjoyed by your customer base. Very responsive staff to their customer's needs.
