We have tried a few review apps but the response to review invites since using Lipscore has been astronomically better. The analytics are really good, but the main positive points are the support and a dedicated account managers. Highly recommended

Really friendly and helpful team who are easily available on messenger to help. The app itself creates alot of ratings and reviews as it is very easy for customers to use and it's very quick to leave a star rating so generates a good percentage of reviews

I'm coming to the end of the trial with Lipscore and have to say this is an amazing feature for our store - it is amazing to see such great feedback from our customers and really useful for first-time customers to have any fears put aside the proof of quality in way of product reviews. We've been massively impressed by the Lipscore review system. The process was seemless and effortless, with implementation being quick and immediate. Within a few weeks we have seen genuine customer reviews being posted on an almost daily basis with a high percentage rate that we were not expecting. We have had a really positive experience with Lipscore since migrating over from another reviews platform. Big wins include owning our own reviews, our response rate has shot up, sharing reviews across multiple Shopify stores and all their other features. I know the value of customer reviews and testimonials and have struggled to secure them over the 10 years I have been in business. I hadn't heard of Lipscore when they called me, but I knew that I had nothing to lose by taking the plunge! The implementations was straight forward and painless.
