I started the trial yesterday and made good progress setting up the link between Shopify and eBay. Went to bed and about half of my listings on eBay ended because I didn't have a 1:1 match between the two platforms so everything not on Shopify was delisted on eBay. I used the chat support and Rachel provided expert support with great attitude. My issue was not caused by their platform it was totally self inflicted. Rachel guided me through the steps to easily fix the problem and even showed me how to perform other steps in my process not linked to my request for help. Top Notch, thank you.

I needed help with some issues I was experiencing with merging my Shopify Store from my Etsy Shoppe. I reached out to Rachel in their Chat and she worked hard with me to pinpoint the issue. I found this app and decided to try the free trial period to see how it works, etc. Later, I canceled the subscription well before the automatic renewal because I decided not to use it for personal reasons. Despite the fact that the subscription was canceled, I was still charged. I wrote an email to customer support but did not receive any response. I would like to get a refund, as the subscription was canceled, but my email was never answered.

Once you get your head around some of the quirks and it's set up correctly, it works great. The support have been outstanding, very quick to reply and resolve the few issues I had (some of which were my understanding of how to use the system). Very impressed and at a very reasonable price.

This app has been super helpful in syncing between my website and my Etsy shop. It has saved me a lot of time in having to create listings and keep them updated across websites. Also support has been super helpful when I was have an issue linking listings. The issue was resolved very quickly.
