I've tried so many apps in my quest to successfully sync my Shopify and Etsy stores, but none of them work as well as LitCommerce. The support just came in clutch, and they were helpful above and beyond what they needed to be.

We really wanted to keep using this app, however the dealbreaker for us is that it doesn't bring customer data (names, addresses) in to Shopify from Amazon. Saying that, the Ebay connection worked great and their customer service was good. Hopefully the Amazon issue is something that can be resolved in time. We have now found an alternative app that can do this.

I’ve been selling on Etsy and eBay for years, and recently expanded by opening my own storefront on Shopify. I’m still new to Shopify and LitCommerce, but LitCommerce has already become an invaluable part of my workflow. I can update my listings in Shopify and seamlessly push those updates—or brand‑new listings—directly to Etsy and eBay. There’s definitely a learning curve with both platforms, but the support team at LitCommerce has been fantastic. Their guidance is clear, responsive, and easy to follow. Even though I’m still getting familiar with the system, it’s already clear that LitCommerce and their support team are truly top‑notch.

Very easy to use. Was able to get my hundres of listings to various platforms at the click of a few buttons. Without Litcommerce it would have taken me dozens and possibly hundreds of hours to remake all of the listings.

I’ve been using LitCommerce to manage my multichannel sales (primarily syncing Shopify with eBay, and exploring others), and so far it’s been a solid upgrade from what I’ve tried before, including Marketplace Connect. The app is relatively intuitive once you get the basics down— the dashboard is clean, and setting up connections feels straightforward. Syncing inventory and orders is fast (near real-time in my experience), which has been a huge time-saver and helps prevent overselling across channels. Creating and bulk-editing eBay listings has been especially easy; the templates and tools make it quicker and more flexible than other options I’ve used. What really stands out is the customer support. Harvey, the rep who’s been helping me, has been exceptional—he proactively spotted some setup specifics tied to my particular sync needs and pointed them out before they became issues. His guidance has been clear, patient, and thorough, making the whole process much smoother than I expected. If you’re looking for a versatile multichannel integrator that’s reliable, quick to sync, and backed by genuinely helpful people, I’d definitely recommend giving LitCommerce a try. Setup is very simple. I had my eBay products sync'd to my Shopify products within minutes. Harvey did a great job answering some questions I had regarding order sync'ing if you use ShipStation to import your orders (don't enable sync'ing if you already import orders into ShipStation). Very pleased with the product and support.

LitCommerce has been a really helpful addition to my Shopify store. As someone who sells across multiple channels, keeping inventory and listings in sync can easily become a full-time job. This app makes it much more manageable. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to connect Shopify products to other marketplaces and keep everything updated automatically. Once the listings are linked, inventory and pricing updates flow across channels without me having to constantly monitor each one. That alone has saved me a lot of time and helped prevent overselling. The interface is straightforward and the bulk listing tools make it easy to manage larger catalogs. I also had a good experience with their support team when I had setup questions. They were responsive and walked me through things clearly. If you run a Shopify store and want to expand to marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, or Etsy without manually managing everything, LitCommerce is definitely worth considering. It’s a solid tool for simplifying multi-channel selling.
