I’m still early in the setup process, but LitCommerce has already been remarkably straightforward. I connected an established eBay store, imported more than 100 existing listings, automatically linked matching products, and created Shopify inventory records for eBay-only items with far less friction than I expected. The interface makes linked and unlinked listings easy to understand, and when I encountered questions about inventory direction, order handling, and Shopify product status, Luna and Harvey provided quick, clear, and genuinely useful answers. They understood the operational details of my setup and helped me configure eBay sales to adjust Shopify inventory without creating duplicate Shopify orders. After struggling with a different integration for years, this has been a refreshingly transparent and manageable experience. I’m looking forward to continuing with it.

Overall, this app provides a solid experience. It’s practical, easy to use, and helps merchants handle daily tasks more efficiently. I’d recommend it.

Natalie was very helpful in explaining a configuration issue on my end. We were able to get it resolved quickly and now my store is correctly synced with Amazon.

I’ve had a very good experience with LitCommerce so far, especially with their customer support. I was working through a complicated Walmart listing issue involving products with multiple variations, and Harvey was extremely patient and helpful. He took the time to look at my actual setup, explained why Walmart was limiting the variant attributes available for my product category, and helped me find a workable solution instead of just giving me a generic answer. He also helped clarify how LitCommerce handles variant mapping, republishing existing Walmart listings, GTIN exemptions, fulfillment lag time, and how products remain linked for price and inventory updates. What I appreciated most was that I was able to ask follow-up questions until I actually understood how the system worked. By the end of the conversation, I not only had a solution for the current problem, but I also understood LitCommerce better and learned things that will make managing my other marketplace listings much easier going forward. Just starting using the app recently, after Shopify's own similar app stopped working. We probably should have looked at this one earlier. While there's some learning curve to re-learn how to do things from other apps, the controls are quite intuitive and easy to use. What really shines though is the tech support. Between simple things like not being able to find a couple settings, and harder things like tracking number integration, we have chatted with support several times and it's always been responsive, friendly, and ultimately helpful.

We installed LitCommerce today, and within just two hours, we were up and running with 50 additional products on TikTok. We had a few kinks during the setup process, but Phillip and Rachel from Customer Support were extremely helpful and resolved our issues quickly. I just installed this app and it seems to be one step above other apps and working with more details, and it is easier to understand and work with. Lili my first of contact at support was very helpful and patient and explained and answered all my concerns and questions. I am now linking our products with eBay and publish the ones that are not. Thanks for offering this app. The plan options could be improved to fit customer's need. I think if they offer better pricing they will attrack more customers, because I know some app are offered free, however they do not work as well as this app.
