The product itself could use some useful stuff like api triggers and the ability to self-cancel jobs. But I have to say, this is the best, most responsive most honest customer service you will ever get in your life. Much better even than shopify itself. The app works well, there is a bit of a learning curve to get it to work. However, the support staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I mainly use it with Ebay integration right now. I will be moving to the Amazon integration but can tell it will be an additional learning curve there. Thanks for your help Mona and others!
