I waited to leave a review for LitCommerce until I had fully transitioned my listings and had time to see how well the platform performs. I’m very pleased with the results so far—performance has been solid, and customer support has been excellent. There was a small issue early on with adding listings, but it was quickly resolved by the support team. Inventory sync between eBay and Shopify works reliably, just as advertised. I also find it extremely useful to manage pricing centrally through Shopify, and the ability to apply different rounding strategies is a great bonus. I haven’t yet linked my Etsy store, but that’s the next step and I’m confident it will go smoothly based on my experience so far. Overall, I highly recommend LitCommerce—it's a reliable, efficient solution for multichannel selling.

Absolutely impressed with LitCommerce and their support team. Every time we’ve had an issue or even a tricky question, support responds almost instantly - even in the middle of the night in their timezone?! They really go above and beyond, looking into the smallest details (including our custom HTML) to make sure everything works. We had some unique requirements with product mapping, and the team even helped customize the setup for us.. Big shoutout to Pauline, Chloe, and the rest of the team for all their help. Highly recommend!

We tried virtually every eBay <-> Shopify syncing app on the App Store, before pulling the trigger with LitCommerce. Not only is it the best app by a country mile, it has virtually every feature we required. Alongside that, the support team are phenomenal. They have an answer to every question we've had.

Great tool, making the whole thing seamless. But even better was the attention and care from the support team, especially Harvey. Really took the time to understand my issue and getting the answers and other team members involved that were necessary to get it taken care of quickly and up and running smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

I'm trying to set up the app for my store and I was fiddling around with some parameters. Most of it is pretty intuitive but when I had questions I was helped quickly by Harvey with a direct solution for my problems. So far so good!

The customer service offered for this app is incredible! The team is always available, patient, and eager to help. This made everything a lot easier as the owner of a business that quickly went from side hustle to revenue approaching the same level as my "day job". I highly recommend this app for businesses that want to leverage the power of multiple sales channels such as Ebay and Reverb.

Rosalie has been so helpful with me, im a complete novice with ebay and linking, but this app and her super fast suport has made this a doddle, if your thinking of an help to push to ebay and etsy i would defiantly reccomend
