Very cost effective way of listing product from Shopify to ebay. The tool works very well and any questions you have the support available within the app and they reply very quickly and are helpful.

If you are not using this service to sync up your different selling channels, you are doing it the hard way. Very intuitive to set up, their YouTube how-tos are excellent. Whilst I was playing around, Alayna from tech support dropped in and asked if she could be of assistance. At first, I thought it must have been an AI bot. But no, Alayna was a real person, and she went through my eBay set up and found a couple of errors I had made and answered a query I had about a setting. It is hands down the best service I have had with anyone online for a long time. I wish more platforms did this. What a difference it has made to my experience and the frustrations I did not need to go through just by the simple act of asking if I was okay and if I needed any help. Thank you, Alayna. I will upgrade to the paid plan as soon as I have my products sorted.

I have been using LiCommerce to connect my UK Amazon shop to my Shopify store to control live inventory and it works brilliantly. I recently needed to add more Amazon stores for other countries and the support team showed me how to do this and answered any questions i had ina very clear manner with screenshots showing me exactly where to go. In summary this is a great App with great support

After using LitCommerce for a few months I can report that it is a very helpful and affordable inventory/price sync tool, which also helps show orders awaiting shipment, and can even sync tracking for some platforms (though, not Amazon due to Amazon limitations). The tool has an orderly interface and is fairly easy to understand and setup even without reading documentation. Even more, their technical support team is great. They are very helpful, responsive (though you may need to wait a short time for the opening hours, which do not match up perfectly with USA Eastern, so occasionally you will get follow up email overnight). I have had a few problems where they took ownership for resolving a technical issue and they actually followed up with me on how the issue was resolved. How often does that happen these days? I would especially like to thank Rosalie, Mona, Racheal, Harvey, and the rest of the LitCommerce technical support staff members. All are very friendly, they speak English exceptionally well, and have helped greatly.

LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy is good APP for shopify market connection , as non IT person I have no presure to upload products from Shopify to other market channel , thanks a lot for Mrs. Pauline support during setup, thanks!

I'm just getting started with LitCommerce, but I can tell you the support is excellent. Every time I have any questions someone is immediately available via chat to answer any and all questions. Working with Pauline today was extremely helpful in determining how I set up my products. Thank you!

I love using LitCommerce as a platform that connects my contents with my other social media networks. It's working well and I'm satisfied with the service. Their staff are very friendly and solve the problem fast. Overall I would give it a 5 star for the overall platform. I would highly recommend it.

So far I have had a good experience with LitCommerce with listing items to my eBay site, the customer support is very helpful and replies very quickly with dealing with all of the issues I have encountered thus far.

Rosalie from Lit Commerce is so expert in making things understand and helping me navigate through the app. If anyone is interested in this then you should definitely talk to Rosalie and she is the BEST! I had a lot of questions regarding the app and spent whole day with her talking about the issues and how the app works . She has the best knowledge in her field and much more importantly professional and patience. Thank you.

The app functions well overall, though it can occasionally be a bit confusing due to the different configurations required to get everything working exactly as desired. However, their customer service team has been outstanding—responding promptly to all my questions and resolving any issues I’ve encountered. Great integration and an excellent help center!
