Excellent Support and Great Experience with LitCommerce We've had a fantastic experience using LitCommerce to manage our multi-channel listings. The platform is intuitive and powerful, but what really stands out is their support team. Anytime we had a question or ran into a small issue, they responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. It's rare to find such a helpful and responsive support team these days. Highly recommended!

I have been attempting to integrate several different Apps to link my Shopify store with Ebay. All of the other competitors have not linked the store for some unknown reason and the support they gave was difficult as it was run by Bots. LitCommerce was easy to install and integrate. When having issues understanding the application Harvey was on standby in the support section and gave me more that an hour of undivided attention to get my issues rectified. FIVE STAR SERVICE.

Smooth automation and stellar support! LitCommerce has made cross-channel listing so much easier. The ability to apply templates and Recipes based on rules is a huge time-saver, and the interface is user-friendly. Disappointing Support Experience – Be Cautious I wish I had read the reviews before trying this app. First, there is no demo or one-on-one onboarding—support is offered only via chat, and it can take a very long time to get a response. Most of the replies feel like canned copy-paste answers from documentation, rather than real help. A major issue arose when dealing with parent/child products that already have UPCs but aren't listed on Amazon yet (i.e., needing to create a new ASIN). Support insisted that I apply for a GTIN exemption, which is incorrect—GTIN exemptions are for products that don’t have UPCs, typically generic or private-label items. Trying to explain this was exhausting. After nearly 4 hours of back-and-forth, I gave up. The app shows potential, but the lack of live support (even paid options) makes it very hard to trust—especially for sellers managing thousands of products. If you're in that category, be cautious before committing.

I've been using LitCommerce for a while now, and I have to say, it's a great budget-friendly alternative to other platforms. It's really easy to use and has all the features I need to sync and link my inventory across multiple marketplaces. I can quickly list products, update inventory in real time, and avoid overselling. Everything stays organized, and I don't have to deal with complicated setups. If you're looking for a simple and reliable tool for managing inventory across different sales channels, LitCommerce is a solid choice.
