CAUTION! I just noticed my Etsy channel was disconnected, for the second time. Last time, I thought maybe it was something I did. This time, I know it wasn't me. Inventory counts are now screwed up, again. Description sync is turned OFF but just discovered the app is still syncing my shopify descriptions, overriding my app settings. There is particular wording that would cause account suspensions on third party sites so this one is HUGE! There is no live help anymore, everything switched to AI support. I am in the middle of a critical crisis and nothing I can do except disconnect the app which will result in even more work if I do. Very upsetting to not for one, get any notification that my channel was disconnected (hope to learn the cause soon) and who knows how long the descriptions have been syncing as well. Could be any minute now that my third party sites I've built up over the last 18 years will be suspended FOREVER and there is zero support at LitCommerce and I'm not at fault. Very upset! I'm changing my 5 star rating to only 1 because of these issues which have both happened twice now! I've been using LitCommerce since October 2025.

LitCommerce is the real deal when it comes to marketplace integration. Reverb integration is essential for our business, but having seen and tried competing integration apps which cost me way more time than they saved, I was hesitant. However, LitCommerce has made the setup and inventory sync process as pain free as possible. As a major bonus, the support team is fantastic - kind, helpful and responsive when needed (thanks Pauline!). We now have near instant update of inventory and all orders across all sales channels feeding back to Shopify. This is a HUGE win and timesaver for us as well as consolidating all of our sales metrics in one dashboard on Shopify. It also allows us to scale our business in ways that weren't previously possible for our small team. LitCommerce is an amazingly well designed tool that is as user friendly as this type of app can be. There is still a learning curve to ensure optimal results. Invest time up front learning the flow and various options for configuring each sales channel. Spend time setting up templates for each sales channel, especially for categories and shipping profiles. This will save you time later while listing new products and you can always adjust the templates later if needed. Test a small number of listings representative of your catalog before syncing everything to minimize setup problems. We spent day one learning the flow and UI of LitCommerce, setting up templates, and publishing a small group of listings to test and validate the integration separately for each sales channel. We had our inventory synchronized across Shopify, Reverb, and eBay by the end of day two. I was anticipating a multi-week process. The ability to link products to listings already posted on those marketplaces saved us a great deal of effort during setup. We tailor listings titles and descriptions to different sales channels, but LitCommerce makes this a much faster process. Highly recommended integration platform.

Just joined and so far everything is working great! The support is exceptional and they are very keen to help me get this right. I appreciate their support. Tried a few other apps to connect Etsy, but thay did not have as many features as LitCommerce. Very easy to understand and use.

The platform is very user friendly and easy to learn. I moved to this platform from Marketplace Connect (Codisto) to help manage my walmart listings. Setting up the templates and applying them is super easy and convenient. All the support staff has been very quick to help and easy to access. If the first level support can't help, they quickly escalate the issue and get it resolved in a matter of a few days, unlike Codisto who tooks months. After issue resolution, the first level support follows back up and always eager to help. It's nice to know I have a team on my side.

Harvey from their support team is great. This app will help you get your shopify store connected with Etsy. The only downside (which isn't on LitCommerce) is that Etsy won't allow customers shipping and billing addresses to communicate across on orders into Shopify.
