Just got started, and so far so good! I've been wanting an app for Reverb.com integration for some time, and this seems like a great option. Relatively easy setup and a good UI makes the work easy, also great help via the easy online chat portal from Ruby, thank for the assistance!

We've been using LitCommerce to connect our Shopify primary store to our listings on eBay and Amazon. I had a fantastic support exchange with Mona at LitCommerce to help us learn the platform and untangle some things. Excellent support that helped us learn and adapt our processes to be more effective and efficient in using the platform.

I am currently in the trial period but I can honestly say that the Customer support both on the day I signed up and ongoing is beyond good, it is the best I have experienced. I have used other applications and they are difficult to use and take ages to come back to you to resolve an issue. It is early days for me but this software looks and feels amazing Would highly recommend this

Overall the app has worked well to fit our needs in connecting our other channels to Shopify, streamlining our inventory across all channels. We have contacted support several times with questions; Rachel has been very prompt and courteous every time!

The tech support is very responsive and willing to help with any issues quickly. They were willing to go above and beyond and help me fix complex issues with my sales channel connection. I would highly recommend this app for anyone's store to help them send orders to their supplier.
