We've been demo-ing a lot of these kinds of apps. These guys have "Elite" customer support! Harvey was awesome - stepped me through the entire process of getting our products on a Marketplace. Very intuitive and straight forward. These guys are a keeper. Thanks again Harvey!

Great customer service. Very patient and available on the weekends. We use this product to sync inventory between Amazon FBM and Shopify. We also use it to like our products on Etsy. Great product!

I have just installed and through my limited testing came up against some challenges. But Pauline from support helped me through them. Even though one I thought was challenging for my eBay templates, within 30 minutes it was resolved!! Thank you Pauline!! I'm now moving away from my current provider for syncing my channels and will solely be using LitCommerce, absolutely brilliant! Thank you again for the great support!

So far the app has helped me monitor my FBA stock as well as my FBA/FBM order. I have not used any of the other channels. The support has been good.

This app has helped me sync my stores, I started on Etsy/Ebay and now use Shopify as my main store and sync everything from there. Support on Litcommerce seems very good too from my early experiences.

I use LitCommerce to coordinate my sales across multiple seller platforms like Shopify (main store), Walmart, Ebay, Google. Seamlessly tracks inventory, orders and pricing. Invaluable to my business. Customer support is excellent.

It is easy to set up and use has fantastic support, and offers excellent value. LitCommerce makes selling on other channels a breeze, and once it is in place, it sits there working in the background, helping generate sales and keeping customers happy.

I've been using LitCommerce with 2 eBay accounts, 1 Etsy account and 1 Shopify store for around a year now. Support has always been very good and available when I needed it. Listing items to multiple sales channels used to be an absolute pain - now I list once in Shopify and then LitCommerce syncs them to my other accounts. The features I particularly like are the ability to create a recipe of settings for individual sales channels. An example of this is a recipe of settings such as refund policy and shipping policy for eBay that is only applied to that channel. I have another recipe for another ebay channel that offers free postage - when I list with that recipe LitCommerce automatically reduces the postage to zero but increases the sale price of the item as configured by me. All sales across all channels are synced in to my Shopify account which allows me to manage inventory and see what the best selling items are etc. Where available, email addresses are also imported to Shopify - handy for news letters etc. I do find LitCommerce saves me a lot of time. My review skims over a lot of features but they offer a free trial so you can see if it fits your needs.

Bugs pops up here and there like post apps but the support team is outstanding and fixes any and all issues on the spot. Great support!

Must have app for eBay sellers. Easy listing creation and inventory sync. Customer service works hard to address any issues you may have.
