Complete waste of time. Lacks even the most basic functionality and outsourced customer support are useless. If you have a large amount of products, this is not the app for you.

Looking for an alternative to ebay app being removed from the app store. Grabbed this only to find they don't have order sync...then what is the purpose of even offering a free plan if you can't use it for order syncing? I can list and add things to ebay all by myself. Takes longer but I really need the order syncing.

Until this last month - I had been extremely happy with LitCommerce. It started at the end of June 2025 (financial year end in Australia) when the ENTIRE team was away for 4 days and I had a major incident. It was eventually resolved. Then 4 days ago - I could not import from Shopify (spinning wheel) - I have been assured it would be fixed in 24 then 48 hours then ... who knows when. I also noticed that my inventory is not being sync'd from Shopify to LitCommerce as items are sold. This was reported 24 hours ago. Despite these being critical incidents - I still have no idea when this will be resolved. I am beyond disappointed. There does not seem to be any support over weekends or in office hours for Australia. I am Ok to wait up to 24 hours for a critical incident but then I really do need it fixed. ************ With the Shopify -> ebay integration falling away on 31/12/2022, I was looking around for another solution. I was interested to see that LitCommerce had an integration to Etsy as well which solved a more immediate problem. My units of measure on both platforms differed for quilting fabric - I sell in Fat Quarters 1 = 25cm on Etsy and 1 = 1 cm on Shopify. I contracted LitCommerce to do some custom integration for these products to keep my inventory in sync and then to import orders into Shopify as the correct UOM. It has been a long process - the platform is a little buggy - BUT - and this is the reason I gave 5 STARS - the support is fantastic. Yes, they may not be in my timezone (Australia), but I can leave a message for Ember in the chat and as soon as she starts - it is addressed and more importantly she is in constant contact with updates. I will let things settle down and then start the process to integrate with eBay by the end of the year. If you have patience, are prepared to test, want a low cost solution - this is the integration for you.
