I've tried other apps to sync orders and inventory. Most of them has a lot of bugs, and others are way to expensive to small business like mine. But the best of all, the great support for any issue that you can encounter!

LitCommerce has been soooo helpful in onboarding me. Allowed me to move from Amazon to Shopify and then branch out my whole store to eBay and Tiktok within 2 days! The best thing about LitCommerce is the customer support service agents, like Nick, Rachel and more. They really are trained and understand to help you get to the root cause of the issues and help you resolve it. Amazon listings variations took me a long time to understand on Amazon platform, but the LitCommerce team really simplified the whole process, and made me understand it step by step (something that you will never get with Amazon support). I'm not sure why I didn't switch sooner! We have been an online business for going on ten years now. We are on Etsy, eBay, have our own website, a wholesale website, and TikTok shop. Our previous inventory tracking did not link our wholesale and TikTok shop. LitCommerce is a GAME CHANGER. If you use any other inventory tracker, SWITCH to LitCommerce. It is so simple and to the point and very easy to start! Even with us as an established business with thousands of listings, syncing everything for the first time was a breeze. This app is especially useful for anyone selling on TikTok shop. This was a huge one for us. No other platform was successfully syncing our inventory across ALL platforms. We were always so messed up. LitCommerce is also very affordable for what it is. Honestly, I would pay three times the price they are charging because the platform is that good. What makes it incredible is their CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a chat box like every other company, however, they respond almost immediately and its a real person! No AI, no automated messages, real people helping you in real time! I can't say enough about their customer service, it's seriously the best customer service I've ever had.

Their support has been top notch, available at a moment's notice and helping troubleshoot even when the limitation isn't on the app's end but Shopify's API.

I was having issues with Inventory syncing and Rosalie was an angel! She figure out the prob so fast, and she helped me fix it!
