I'd had some issues with the listings not syncing. Upon using the chat function and receiving detailed and fast support from Ruby, I learnt it was all user error. Everything is working perfectly now I know what I'm doing! By far the best app I've used for inventory syncing between Shopify, Etsy & eBay. There a huge amount of functionality within the app and the pricing is reasonable.

FINALLY!!!! I have been searching for an app that is able to sync the variations from my Shopify to Etsy, All other apps make you add the variations for products you don't even offer, and then set the quantity to zero. Which with Shopify's variant limit, this doesn't work. This app transfers the variants you have based on the SKU. SUCH A GAMECHANGER for people with variable products. Spoke with Phillip in support and he was awesome at understanding my needs and getting me the information I was looking for.

Simple to use and good customer service. Its customer service is responsive and able to take care of all issues you may face.

Has been great so far. Makes integration between multiple channels a lot easier to manage. Best of all, the customer support has been top notch. The agents in the live chat seem to be real people who answer promptly with great knowledge of the platform.

I just started using this app and still trying to learn the features but so far it has helped a lot based on importing products from Shopee to Shopify. I was also assisted by Audrey and she was really accommodating.

So far so good! Lots of customisation options including templates and being able to include/exclude variant products on eBay. Support is quick respond an make tweaks where possible.
