I found this app in June 2023. It has been amazing. I listed my 400 plus products easily and quickly on 3 sales channels. Then last week I moved my domain host, litcommerce made it so easy for me to change my host platform. I had a few issues with my new account, mostly my fault, as not very computer savvy, but the customer support is brilliant. I feel like I have relied on them so much!! But I am up and running and very happy.

Best app for integration i have come across so far! Once you learn the system, listing on selling channels becomes an easy task! We are currently using this to link with ebay, etsy and amazon. Will be adding tiktok and google shopping soon. Customer service is great, they always deal with any problems in short period of time. They are always very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely recommend.

This app is amazing. Truly the best app for syncing sales channels. What sets it apart, though, is the incredible assistance and support I received from their customer service, technical and design teams. They went above and beyond to address all issues I had with the app, give friendly guidance and answers and create custom solutions. All resulting in it functioning flawlessly for the needs of anyone trying to link their sales channels. I have tried every app available to sync Shopify to Etsy and Ebay in one simple place, and this app takes the cake.

At first I was a bit aggravated with getting everything setup, but I eventually got the hang of it. However, we came into an issue where we were getting a LOT of errors on items that were time sensitive, so I reached out to support. Ember was AMAZING and spent a good 2.5 hours with me on getting the issue resolved FAST! Guys, reach out to support if you need help. They are TRULY AWESOME at what they do and can get any issues resolved that you may have. Ember, thank you again so much for your help!

Highly recommend LitCommerce for integration of Amazon, eBay, Etsy etc....I explored many other options which promised seamless integration and none of them delivered. LitCommerce in contrast delivered in spades and their customer service team is top notch. Always willing to help and support new businesses like myself. Response is near immediate. When Shopify did away with their internal eBay sync, I was at a bit of a loss for what to do. I had just barely converted from a Wordpress-based store to Shopify, and was just starting to get used to how things worked. The change left me scrambling for a replacement in an environment I wasn't overly familiar with. After going back and forth and trying a couple of different solutions I ultimately landed on LitCommerce. In hindsight, it was the best thing that ever happened to my business! It is an amazingly powerful resource that has been able to accomplish everything I've needed it to and then some. And the best part about the whole experience, hands down, has been interacting with the staff. They have been professional, amazingly friendly, and responsive at times when I thought there would be no one to help me, including at times on weekends. If I were to go back in time and needed to choose which resource I would use to help me manage my 3rd party listings, I'd choose the same way every time!

Amazing support and an amazing product. My source of truth was from timely to shopify which feed through to lit commerce to my main store of big commerce. It worked a treat and what ever sales went through from bigcommerce feed through to timely and registered the clients new details. amazing! figured this out without the need of over priced web designers who were going to charge 15x the amount that to make it happen.

This is a really simple user friendly app to use. I have moved to this one instead of Inkfrog as it wasn't working well. I have had a few queries and I always get a really qiuck response from their customer service, so 5 stars for customer service. I use it for Ebay and also to send products to Amazon at the moment. The only thing that has proved tricky is when I have a product on Amazon that is a variant in my store but not on Amazon - it means I have to use another app to link them up and to access my orders. I will look at adding Etsy in time but will need to use another app for Amazon at the moment unfortunately.

This is an amazing app. The only thing better than the app was the help and support from Louisa and Ember who really were amazing, they customised a small issue I had with the app and now it works perfect. I moved to this app from Ced Commerce, I can tell you this is far superior in every metric, Ced commerce was too glitchy, I tried almost every app for Etsy and Ebay and this one stands out, it has the best UX by far, is easy to use and looks and feels nice, But mainly it has no bugs at all, everything just works smoothly. Another important point, I tried a few etsy app that was a % of your sales. I can honestly say that for the price, features and useability this is the best app on the app store for Etsy and Ebay. 5 stars.

9th April 2024: Update to earlier review. We have been using Litcommerce for more than 6 motnhs now and they continue to impress with their customer support. Mostly, during that period, we have not needed any support but on the rare occasion it is required, LitCommerce always responds promptly and efficiently and clearly explains how to sort the issue so that I can do it myself. Nothing is too much trouble. As for teh software, it works great, stock control is accurate in a timely manner and as I said previously, listing on ebay is made very easy. I still highly recommend this app. I have been using this app for about 1 month and I have to say I am very impressed. It works seamlessly between Shopify and Ebay and makes listing on Ebay very quick. There are a couple of features missing, for instance you can't set up multi-buy discounts on ebay through the app, but that's a small thing and I just edit my listing on ebay afterwards - perhaps LitCommerce might look into adding this as a feature in the future. Similar to other customers, I have found the technical support to be second to none. I had a few issues at the beginning with not having correct SKUs and I thought I was going to have to manually add in about 1000 SKUs but LitCommerce were able to help and saved me so much time and effort. Also, with any queries I have had, they have been extremely responsive and super helpful. They go above and beyond to help you. If you are consdering using LitCommerce, do it, its a great app and the technical service is fantastic.

I am very satisfied with this app, easy to use and navigate. I have tried several other apps to post to eBay, Walmart, and Etsy, but none of them worked as effectively as this one. I'm thoroughly pleased with the features and performance of this app. Additionally, the customer service is excellent! I highly recommend this app!

I am very impressed with this app. I tried several apps to post to Amazon, and none of them worked quite right. This one works, and has the benefit of a couple other features that the other apps didn't have 1) if there is an error pushing your listing to one of the channels, they tell you. And it tells you what the error is so it can be resolved. Many of the others are just "black boxes" that require support 5 times a day. 2) being able to add custom content to the Descriptions (such as meta fields from Shopify) was HUGE for me. It's the only one I know of that does that. Finally, when I have needed a bit of help, Support has resolved my questions within 12 hours or so every time. Forget trying to find 5 apps to do the job that this one does all on its own.
