The app is incredible. Intuitive, powerful, adaptive. 10x better than the other apps I've tried to use to list my Shopify products on Amazon. The customer service team behind this app is nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I reached out with my initial queries to the final stages of setting up my listings on Amazon, the support team was there every step of the way. They were not only thorough in their explanations, ensuring I fully understood each aspect of the process, but also incredibly knowledgeable, providing insights and tips that went beyond my expectations. What stood out the most was their responsiveness; every query was met with a swift and comprehensive answer, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. At least for us the app never synchronized either quantity x price on Ebay. I hate the fact that we users have to give a lot permissions to install the app and then later we see that the app did not work, BUT the data was already shared. Avoid it !

Just started to use this app, but can already say it's very intuitive and convenient to use, move listings to channels, and publish them. Very good and fast customer service!

App is very good and intergrates well with all platforms. I would advice watching all the tutorials first as it really does make things easier but I have to say I found the support to be excellent and bery helpful.

We use LitCommerce for syncing our inventory, as a used retailer we really put a strain on their system; apps like this are usually designed around a set number of SKUs not a revolving door like what we have. That said, the app takes it like a champ and the couple of times it had a hiccup or we needed an extra feature built in they had it done in like a day. Can't recommend enough for high volume retail

Honestly what can I say. The team at LitCommerce have been great. This app is by far the best I have found and used. It has helped me double my business. The customer service team are very responsive and help with even the smallest of enquiry. I highly recommend this app. It's worth the money!

Very good app all around. We use it to sync listings from our website to Reverb. Couldn't be easier. Very straightforward. Plenty of options to do listings manually or automate if desired. Excellent customer support made the integration seamless.

A great syncing app for eBay & OnBuy, for me. I had a few issues with OnBuy. But Harvey has been great with the tech team to investigate all the issues. And getting them fixed. Highly recommended.

The software and the assistance have been essential to uploading my products to Amazon. The support is very responsive, which is valuable to getting tasks completed. I have tried a couple of other connectors, and this definitely seems to be the best I have worked with. I can't thank them enough.

When I found LitCommerce, I was reluctant to use them as they promised so much but thought it was not possible to deliver. However, I thought I would try them out and have nothing but praise for them. They are so helpful and have answered any questions or issues I have had. More importantly, the application is amazing and makes everything so easy. Keep up the good work.

We are so happy with this app and the LitCommerce team. It integrates very well with our marketplaces. It keeps our inventory sync'd in all locations and pushes all the orders into our Shopify store. With the few issues we have encountered, the team is very responsive, unlike many other apps we have used. The price is very fair for what the app does. We recommend this app to anyone that needs these features, and a great and responsive customer service/tech team.

Still setting up ... Has a bit of a limit on its functions. It cannot pull all the info in your settings from Shopify, so you have to input some of it again. eBay accepted the listings without issue, once I had my setting correct. Help was available through Chat, so that was helpful. I'm not the best at setting up new software on my PC, so if I've managed it .. with help on the chatline ... then most people will be able to :)
