It is easy to set up and use has fantastic support, and offers excellent value. LitCommerce makes selling on other channels a breeze, and once it is in place, it sits there working in the background, helping generate sales and keeping customers happy.

I've been using LitCommerce with 2 eBay accounts, 1 Etsy account and 1 Shopify store for around a year now. Support has always been very good and available when I needed it. Listing items to multiple sales channels used to be an absolute pain - now I list once in Shopify and then LitCommerce syncs them to my other accounts. The features I particularly like are the ability to create a recipe of settings for individual sales channels. An example of this is a recipe of settings such as refund policy and shipping policy for eBay that is only applied to that channel. I have another recipe for another ebay channel that offers free postage - when I list with that recipe LitCommerce automatically reduces the postage to zero but increases the sale price of the item as configured by me. All sales across all channels are synced in to my Shopify account which allows me to manage inventory and see what the best selling items are etc. Where available, email addresses are also imported to Shopify - handy for news letters etc. I do find LitCommerce saves me a lot of time. My review skims over a lot of features but they offer a free trial so you can see if it fits your needs.

Rachel was very helpful with getting inventory synced from Shopify to Etsy.

Bugs pops up here and there like post apps but the support team is outstanding and fixes any and all issues on the spot. Great support!

Easy to use and great service.

All the features of a premium omnichannel solution at an affordable price. We found LitCommerce by accident searching for a better OnBuy solution than the "official" integration. It was easy to set up (some mapping teething troubles quickly resolved by the support team). After using LitCommerce for OnBuy for a couple of weeks, we have moved our eBay integration over to LitCommerce too, and will shortly be migrating our Amazon integration. We've used numerous marketplace integrations over different platforms and LitCommerce is the closest in performance and features to a well-known premium system costing thousands per year. Quick to use once you find your way around it and easy to get listing and selling and has streamlined our listing and order management process effectively. The support team I worked with for several hours was knowledgeable and helpful. The chat was available almost 24/7, and whenever I got stuck with the new system, they were there to quickly configure each platform for me. I highly recommend this app, especially for those who may not have the technical skills to handle everything on their own.

The app is excellent. They worked with me to find a solution that best suited our my Etsy Channel. The support with the chat line during my UK working hours is very good.
