"This app is fantastic for managing our Amazon and eBay stores, and I can't emphasize enough how responsive and friendly the support team is. If you're juggling multiple ecommerce channels, this is the app you need. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Connecting each marketplace is simple. Everything is pretty explanatory but if you need help then the support is amazing. I have tried several platforms but Lit Commerce is the most helpful support team I have experienced so far. -TBG
We`re using LitCommerce solely for TikTok at the moment, but with plans to go to other marketplaces. We tried other apps before, but there was always something wrong - they don`t have the market we need, or they don`t have the feature we need, or the customer service is not quite helpful. LitCommerce, on the other hand, was a next level experience, especially their customer service team. Honestly, no matter how big or small our issues were (mostly me skipping the tutorials), they were always there for us and sorted everything in a matter of hours (more often - minutes). I have been using Litcommerce for a few months now and I am really happy with it, so much so I have now signed up for a year. Also the customer service is excellent! They sort any problems out really quickly
I really liked the customer support, if it weren’t for the manager he would probably have given up filling it halfway through

Well made app. I have used other and they do not even compare in quality or service. This has them all beat. Thanks for a great Team of people I am able to keep the online advertising moving along without having to spen too much time. Thanks!!!
The agent Rachel helped a lot with uploading listings from eBay to Shopify and guided through the entire process with screenshots that made it really easy to understand. Compared to every other platform I've used, LitCommerce really has the best agents and they put you first whether it's taking your time or actually sitting you through it.
Very good customer service. Updates regularly.
App is easy to use and understand. Even if you do need help they always respond in a timely manner. I highly recommend. It's more expensive but worth it.
I have been using LitCommerce for a while and I can say without a doubt the service has always been great. The only trouble is our time zones do not mesh to well but still get the help I needed! Stephen Smith

We have been working with the LitCommerce app for a while now and find it very easy to use & great value for money. We use the $29 plan as we have 3 channels (Amazon, eBay & Etsy) If you get stuck the Support Team is available 24/7 to help and is very friendly. We recommend this app to any business looking to manage everything under 1 roof. We love avoiding double-up orders and Item Count issues. I tried to set up 2 other apps before finding LitCommerce, spending days wasted trying to sync our products to Amazon. The customer service has been excellent so far, Rachel has been awesome with her help to get everything set up. The interface is also way better than the other 2 i tried.

Hands down the BEST customer service I have EVER recieved in 8 plus years of working with apps on Shopify. The amount of time this app and customer service has saved me can not me measured. They literally stayed on chat with me as I set everything up and pointed out things to fix, etc. I have tried other apps similar to this that I could NOT get to work correctly as we have a large catalog. I had reached out to other apps in regards to the same thing with no resolve. This App , no problem at all!! DO NOT THINK TWICE DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!

We were having trouble finding an integration for one of our marketplaces. Eventually we found LitCommerce and it worked so well for us that we decided to use it for all of our marketplace integrations. The support team has been very responsive in answering all of our questions, which was a key component in our decision to use this app.
