The support team is quick to reply and find solutions and help us keep our orders and products synced and importing correctly and fixing or showing us how to fix errors when they arise.

An app that handles both cross-posting and synchronization is important to me, and this app delivers both. Customer support has been quick to resolve any synchronization issues I had encountered. There are also a variety of automatic rules for price and inventory synchronizing, which are extremely helpful.

Very happy so far. It's a powerful system that will save my team a lot of time. We've been manually pulling orders from our website, etsy, ebay and reverb for years and putting them into a spreadsheet...and without any stock-sync! A nightmare that is over now thanks to Shopify and LitCommerce. Excellent support too. It's like having another member of the team on-hand to keep me right as I get going with the platform.

the platform is easy to use and navigate. fast enough. I am still new to litcommerce and not really familiar with it. but there is some few may things would be good if we have it. for example. AI on desiccation, sometimes the system slow to upload or open up. apart from this, I am happy with it.

The support team is incredibly helpful whenever any issues or missteps on my end happen.

This is an incredible software that links and syncs all our products on different platforms like tiktok and ebay seamlessly, it has made our life so much easier as a business, would highly recommend. I really like using LitCommerce. The sync and inventory mgmt is great! It shows orders in real time and has been a huge stress relief knowing my inventory is correct! Great help center as well.

Good app! Has all the functions you need for multiple platforms. A plus is t the quick and helpfull customer service. Errors can happen, but it is a must that it gets resolved quick. And I can honoustly say that this is a good app/customer service package!

The support i have had from Harvey has been amazing. He guided me through all the necessary steps and made it so easy. I would definitely recommend this app at this stage as the support has been really excellent
