Looking for an alternative to ebay app being removed from the app store. Grabbed this only to find they don't have order sync...then what is the purpose of even offering a free plan if you can't use it for order syncing? I can list and add things to ebay all by myself. Takes longer but I really need the order syncing.

I have spent so much time trying to find the right integration for my little store. The Customer service is just so good. I am happy I can integrate my channels (Etsy and eBay Australia) Very happy

I was looking for a replacement to the Shopify eBay app since it was being discontinued and decided to go with LitCommerce due to the good reviews. The support has been great during the entire transition process as I experienced a few issues. (Linking items, unknown eBay category, items not updating to eBay, inventory) My Shopify store has about 80 items with variations but the same items that were already on eBay did not so LitCommerce was unable to link them. Ultimately I had to delete the items from eBay and then re import them via LitCommerce to get them linked which may not be an option for stores with a large amount of items however this is not the fault of LitCommerce. They do offer an All-In-One listing package where they will do all the listing of items for you if you do have a large amount. Regardless, they stayed online for several hours across 2 days and fixed the issues on their end to ensure everything worked. Yes there are obviously some bugs but it not an easy process to integrate multiple systems as there are so many different scenarios and combinations. The fact that they are willing to fix any issues you have as soon as they can means they are committed to providing a great product and it will only get better as more users come on board and more issues are discovered and fixed. The interface is simple and easy to use, you can request new features, support is excellent, price is on par with other apps

This is the 8th app ive tried for eBay Australia integration, yep you read that right, the 8th, all the others had various issues and most had terrible support. While this app is on the more expensive side. It WORKS. I wish I had just gone with this one straight up. The support team has been more than happy to answer any questions I have in a fast turner around and while I did have a couple of minor issues with the eBay set up support was fantastic and fixed any issues in less than 24 hours. I am so happy that I have now transferred my Etsy sync over to this app as well.

I have not used this app for very long; just trying to configure it now, but I was given seven days extra for a trial, and the support is excellent!! Ember is so friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work guys!!

Until this last month - I had been extremely happy with LitCommerce. It started at the end of June 2025 (financial year end in Australia) when the ENTIRE team was away for 4 days and I had a major incident. It was eventually resolved. Then 4 days ago - I could not import from Shopify (spinning wheel) - I have been assured it would be fixed in 24 then 48 hours then ... who knows when. I also noticed that my inventory is not being sync'd from Shopify to LitCommerce as items are sold. This was reported 24 hours ago. Despite these being critical incidents - I still have no idea when this will be resolved. I am beyond disappointed. There does not seem to be any support over weekends or in office hours for Australia. I am Ok to wait up to 24 hours for a critical incident but then I really do need it fixed. ************ With the Shopify -> ebay integration falling away on 31/12/2022, I was looking around for another solution. I was interested to see that LitCommerce had an integration to Etsy as well which solved a more immediate problem. My units of measure on both platforms differed for quilting fabric - I sell in Fat Quarters 1 = 25cm on Etsy and 1 = 1 cm on Shopify. I contracted LitCommerce to do some custom integration for these products to keep my inventory in sync and then to import orders into Shopify as the correct UOM. It has been a long process - the platform is a little buggy - BUT - and this is the reason I gave 5 STARS - the support is fantastic. Yes, they may not be in my timezone (Australia), but I can leave a message for Ember in the chat and as soon as she starts - it is addressed and more importantly she is in constant contact with updates. I will let things settle down and then start the process to integrate with eBay by the end of the year. If you have patience, are prepared to test, want a low cost solution - this is the integration for you.

Amazing App ! Its easy. It helped us sync our inventory on our Etsy channel smoothly. Customer service is amazing. Highly recommended app.

The app interface looks nice and is easy to use, however the promise of shopify to ebay sync is a nightmare, i was advised it was a simple process (coming form the shopify ebay app) i have spend 3 days fixing unlinked, unsynced items, constantly need to double check ebay orders V shopify orders, tracking information does not flow from Shopify to ebay.... Support what can i say... their solution is to hold a moment (over chat) and they come back to your 15mins later with some excuse..... i am very dissapointed in this app and the functions need to be double checked all the time... Error messages are not clear..

This app works as intended. I was able to push all of my Etsy products to my Shopify store and it was very easy. Much easier than some other methods I have tried in the past. Customer Support is also awesome and helped me immediately with the couple of questions I did have. At this point I would recommend LitCommerce if you want to integrate Etsy and Shopify. I haven't explored other sales channels yet.

The team at Lit Commerce does exactly what they say they will do and even more. I used their service to migrate my existing Amazon web store with over 8000 products to a new Shopify store I was creating. I created the website and did the merge but did not check it up until almost 2 months later. I noticed I was now missing new products that I had listed on Amazon after the first migration, so I had questions, reached out to them and the team got back to me as fast as they can and provided stellar service honestly. After having questions about both Amazon and Shopify web stores, they had answers that were incredibly useful and I was able to learn a lot about their platform along the process. They were exceptional, and I was able to migrate all of my products with ease after it being explained to me by one of their developers on how to do it. I will definitely continue to use this product for my other brands I manage as well. Two Thumbs WAY UP for Lit Commerce. I recommend it to all looking for a way to relieve yourself of the daunting task of moving over your products to a new platform, especially if you have thousands of products. You can get it done with ease using Lit Commerce.

This is a good app. I would recommend this app to most of the Merchants. who are using multiple store and want synchronise their porder inventory pricing. Its an easy to use app. Most importantly their customer services are excellent they will fix everything on time and they will do developing as per your demand. 5/5 100%
