Eine wirklich tolle App, die viel Zeit spart, wenn man auf unterschiedlichen Sales Plattformen unterwegs ist! Der Support ist mega! ...immer hilfreich und sofort verfügbar. Ich freue mich, mein Business weiter ausbauen zu können. Ich kann diese Applikation jedem empfehlen, der langfristig ein Business aufbauen möchte. We are absolutely thrilled with the LitCommerce solution and their incredible support team. Everyone we’ve worked with has been responsive, professional, knowledgeable and timely, making the entire experience seamless. The platform has great features and is flexible, giving us exactly the tools we need to support and grow our business, and it’s truly a world apart from our previous vendor. The documentation and video training are excellent resources that make learning simple. We couldn’t be happier and are grateful to have found a solution we can fully rely on for both product and service.

great ap. I tried others and they were very frustrating to get to work but LitCommerce was easy to understand and the customer support was to notch.

I had a specific issue that Harvey was able to help me with and then he asked a generic follow up question that prompted me to ask about a completely unrelated issue I was having with Amazon. Harvey then sent me a link to a video that explained how to resolve my problem with Amazon so it was an amazing experience. I probably would have never brought up the issue with Amazon without his additional questions so I really appreciate it! Thanks!

The help from lit commerce was exceptional the agent Evelynn was the best service I have ever had from 3 party software companies in ages. I hope Lit commerce recognizes her and gives her the credit she deserves along with compensation if possible.

This app is outstanding. It does everything I need and most importantly, the support staff is unmatched. I ask a question and get an immediate response. The tech team has helped run larger processes in a quick and timely manner. I have never had such a great experience with the helpful and friendly reps. The only problem for me is that Amazon does not import names and addresses on their orders. (They are waiting for approval) but this is something we are working around at this time without too much disruption. After that is done, there are no issues I am aware of. AND...I have almost 80K SKUS so they are handling a large qty of SKUs. Highly Recommend.
