LitCommerce eBay Etsy Amazon +

Moved over to LitCommerce and the transition was seamless. It was very easy to link products and get everything running. On top of that, the support is first class, responses are almost instant and the support staff are extremely helpful. They don’t rush you or assume you already know everything; they guide you through the process and let you work at your own pace with no pressure. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and responsive

Overall I have enjoyed using LitCommerce. I use it to sync Shopify, Etsy, Ebay, Amazon and Walmart. I do encounter issues at times and often it is user error. However, they do respond within 24 hours to walk me through the problems and how to solve them.

I was new to lit commerce and did a chat with Harvy. He was SOOO patient with me and answered all my questions. I tried just about every app that bridges ebay and shopify lit commerce seems to have all the bells and whistles, easy to find things and understand, which is very important for me I am not terribly techy so has to be easy to find things and to understand. I am sure I will find more functions as time goes on and whatever I can't find I will just send a message to the team at online chat. If you were an inkfrog user this app is more modern but still has many of the same functions and believe me that is hard to find I tried many, lit commerce is the app of choice:):) I would recommend this, plus it was nice to get a real person not AI and I love AI for many things but not all.

Customer Service is 5 star. Sometimes due to time difference, you will have to wait a day but normally you get your issue remedied immediately.

Natalie, in chat, was extremely patient and helpful. I can't imagine trying to do the whole process without the hand-holding she provided. She was very knowledegable and very kind.

I tested out several different integration apps for eBay/Shopify and this was by far the most intuitive. I got my eBay listings live within a few hours and there were so many settings for me to configure and optimize. Other ones I tried were often buggy or had missing features. The big seller for me was the customer service. I had an issue and the customer service team immediately addressed it and helped me, and they even went above and beyond to fix something additional for me within a day. Highly recommend LitCommerce!

I had loads of questions before subscribing, but every support agent I spoke to was incredibly patient and helpful in answering them all. Natalie and Tracy were especially supportive and made the whole process much easier for me. I also really appreciate the other support agents whose names I didn’t catch — everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and responsive. Great customer service overall!
