Great customer support Philip gave me clear instructions on how to publish my Shopify products to eBay and helped me understand the process step by step. The product itself could use some useful stuff like api triggers and the ability to self-cancel jobs. But I have to say, this is the best, most responsive most honest customer service you will ever get in your life. Much better even than shopify itself. They are always informative, honest, quick and thorough. Honestly, if it was not for the customer service being incredible, I might not keep my subscription. But I will keep my subscription just because of customer service. Absolute rockstars.

The app works well, there is a bit of a learning curve to get it to work. However, the support staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I mainly use it with Ebay integration right now. I will be moving to the Amazon integration but can tell it will be an additional learning curve there. Thanks for your help Mona and others!
