I've tried other apps to sync orders and inventory. Most of them has a lot of bugs, and others are way to expensive to small business like mine. But the best of all, the great support for any issue that you can encounter!

Just signed up today and its all up and running perfectly fine as per my need. Rosalie help me a lot in all stages if needed. Great support. Definitely recommend others

Their customer support is excellent and I enjoy the app as well. There's a few little issues with it but the good support makes up for that.

Really good support from Nick and the others. I am transitioning from Marketplace Connect (not a fan) and LitCommerce has such a better UI and process for being able to map items from Shopify to both eBay and Amazon. I can not quickly move listings from Shopify to both eBay and Amazon.One caution is that if you need to use this tool to map over orders, you might want to read some of the limitations with Amazon. However, I use it only for inventory and listings so it is not an issue.

Amazing app and we love using it! Great support with every question. They go above and beyond to create solutions. We use it for posting on Etsy and its super powerful.

I'm not sure why I didn't switch sooner! We have been an online business for going on ten years now. We are on Etsy, eBay, have our own website, a wholesale website, and TikTok shop. Our previous inventory tracking did not link our wholesale and TikTok shop. LitCommerce is a GAME CHANGER. If you use any other inventory tracker, SWITCH to LitCommerce. It is so simple and to the point and very easy to start! Even with us as an established business with thousands of listings, syncing everything for the first time was a breeze. This app is especially useful for anyone selling on TikTok shop. This was a huge one for us. No other platform was successfully syncing our inventory across ALL platforms. We were always so messed up. LitCommerce is also very affordable for what it is. Honestly, I would pay three times the price they are charging because the platform is that good. What makes it incredible is their CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a chat box like every other company, however, they respond almost immediately and its a real person! No AI, no automated messages, real people helping you in real time! I can't say enough about their customer service, it's seriously the best customer service I've ever had.

Their support has been top notch, available at a moment's notice and helping troubleshoot even when the limitation isn't on the app's end but Shopify's API.

LitCommerce works flawlessly. I had a myriad of questions once I began syncing my products. Thankfully Harvey came to my rescue. He answered my questions professionally and with passion. I highly recommend using LitCommerce for it's service and for the great chance to run into Harvey.

Excellent Support and Great Experience with LitCommerce We've had a fantastic experience using LitCommerce to manage our multi-channel listings. The platform is intuitive and powerful, but what really stands out is their support team. Anytime we had a question or ran into a small issue, they responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. It's rare to find such a helpful and responsive support team these days. I have been attempting to integrate several different Apps to link my Shopify store with Ebay. All of the other competitors have not linked the store for some unknown reason and the support they gave was difficult as it was run by Bots. LitCommerce was easy to install and integrate. When having issues understanding the application Harvey was on standby in the support section and gave me more that an hour of undivided attention to get my issues rectified. FIVE STAR SERVICE.
