The LitExtension team was great to work with - very professional, quick, and stayed in regular communication throughout the entire process. Even when problems with our old data occurred, the team was experienced enough to be able to provide solutions immediately. We mostly worked with Felix, who was able answer any questions we had and made the process as easy as possible. We definitely recommend working with them!

Overall everything was done to my satisfaction but it took much longer than expected. They are clearly operating outside of the US and unless I happened to be up in the middle of the night I was only able to get one email back and forth to them each day. There was a little bit of a language barrier and it took some time to express exactly what I wanted but in the end it did all get done and I am very happy with the results.

We moved from Shopware to Shopify. After a few demo migrations (without costs) and some mails and costumizings we get all data to our new shop (articles with picture, variants, orders and costumer). The properties of variants we had to solve through metafields. Sites/Pages couldn‘t be migrated. Tommy and Chloe give a TOP support within this time.
