Overall everything was done to my satisfaction but it took much longer than expected. They are clearly operating outside of the US and unless I happened to be up in the middle of the night I was only able to get one email back and forth to them each day. There was a little bit of a language barrier and it took some time to express exactly what I wanted but in the end it did all get done and I am very happy with the results.

after paying usd599 they wanted us to upgrade to the usd 1699 bundle I had to negotiate to waive the extra charges they dont tell you that when you buy the app However i had 60000 products and 30000 customers and 25000 orders it took around 10 days to complete but it was done succesfully Thanks to the team , Support was always there to assist

Did a good job helping us migrate our store to Shopify. There were some unexpected up-charges but they were fair. Ultimately they saw the project through to the end. They are very aggressive about garnering reviews, which I did not particularly like.

We moved across orders, customers, blog posts and reward points. The orders, customers and blog posts were moved with no hassle and 301 redirects were all fine. The reward points was a bit of a struggle but we got there in the end. Live chat support is very good.
