We have used LitExtension for an extensive Lightspeed to Shopify migration as well as minor Shopify to Shopify migration. Both experiences were great, they're very thorough with their testing and set up and more than happy to support and rectify any anomalies that appear during your project. Often they flag things you might not have thought of yet. Both times very happy with the results.
