Ich habe LitExtension für die Migration unseres Onlineshops von WooCommerce zu Shopify verwendet und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. Die Migration umfasste eine grosse Datenmenge (Produkte, Bestellungen, Kunden), und das Team hat den gesamten Prozess sehr strukturiert und zuverlässig begleitet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support – die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Blue Nguyen, der uns während der Migration unterstützt hat. Anpassungen und kleinere Probleme wurden jeweils rasch geprüft und behoben, was den gesamten Ablauf deutlich erleichtert hat. Die Migration selbst verlief grösstenteils reibungslos, und auch bei komplexeren Anforderungen (z. B. Metafields) wurde aktiv nach Lösungen gesucht. Ich kann LitExtension allen empfehlen, die eine Shop-Migration planen und Wert auf kompetenten Support legen. Vielen Dank für die Zusammenarbeit!

Great migration tool and outstanding support. We had a complex WooCommerce to Shopify migration with years of historical data and Ben Phan guided us through every step with patience and expertise. Financial figures, order history and customer records all came across accurately. Highly recommend.

Great service, communicative and punctual. Not without some small issues on scope, but they worked through it with us and the migration was a 100% success with no issues on the switch. Would happily recommend them to anyone for a migration!
