Bavis completed the migration of my store quickly and flawlessly. The entire process was handled professionally, with excellent communication and no unnecessary delays. I migrated my Products, Categories and Reviews from a 13 year old ZenCart store to Shopify using LE. The process was complicated by ZenCarts requirement that the Large images are stored in a folder images>large. This large image is needed in Shopify as the main image, and what is the main image product.jpg in ZenCart's main images directory is actually the small image for category listing. LE had to write custom code to get the large image imported as the main image, and the main image not imported. Confusing and LE should have known this as this is ZenCarts default setup, so I'm deducting 1 star. The company is very responsive and accommodating, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Overall we got all our data migrated but it did take a lot longer than expected. We had a huge amount of data to migrate with a lot of formatting that needed changing which they handed well and made sure we could test before they imported all which give us peace of mind. There were errors which they were able to correct quickly. There were some miss communications and some unexpected added costs. A lot of unnecessary emails which made thing slightly confusing but they responded quickly. There was some data that they couldn't migrate due to the data being linked with an app.
I´m very satisfied with the support. They are quick to respond.
Great support from LitExtension. I accidentally overwrote product images after the migration, which left most products missing additional images. Ben identified the issue straight away and fixed it with a custom re import. Even though it was my fault, he handled it free of charge and made sure only the images were updated. Quick, helpful, and saved a lot of manual work. Would recommend.

What stands out with LE was they walk the talk. Nothing was too difficult with our 7500 product and 5 years of back orders. Transfer flawless and support from Ben outstanding. Thanks guys.

Ich habe LitExtension für die Migration unseres Onlineshops von WooCommerce zu Shopify verwendet und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. Die Migration umfasste eine grosse Datenmenge (Produkte, Bestellungen, Kunden), und das Team hat den gesamten Prozess sehr strukturiert und zuverlässig begleitet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support – die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Blue Nguyen, der uns während der Migration unterstützt hat. Anpassungen und kleinere Probleme wurden jeweils rasch geprüft und behoben, was den gesamten Ablauf deutlich erleichtert hat. Great service, communicative and punctual. Not without some small issues on scope, but they worked through it with us and the migration was a 100% success with no issues on the switch. Would happily recommend them to anyone for a migration!
