J’ai utilisé LitExtension pour une migration complexe regroupant 5 boutiques PrestaShop vers une seule boutique Shopify. L’équipe a été très sérieuse, serviable et méticuleuse du début à la fin. Toute la partie technique s’est déroulée parfaitement, et le processus ainsi que la communication ont été clairs, rapides et professionnels. The LitExtension team was great to work with - very professional, quick, and stayed in regular communication throughout the entire process. Even when problems with our old data occurred, the team was experienced enough to be able to provide solutions immediately. Overall everything was done to my satisfaction but it took much longer than expected. They are clearly operating outside of the US and unless I happened to be up in the middle of the night I was only able to get one email back and forth to them each day. There was a little bit of a language barrier and it took some time to express exactly what I wanted but in the end it did all get done and I am very happy with the results.

I had a great experience with the migration of my Squarespace store to Shopify. I worked mostly with Felix who is attentive to detail, thorough, and answered all my questions. My migration included >300 customers, >400 orders, 120 products, and migration of blog posts. The cost was well worth my time, especially due to my lack of knowledge in this space. I was a little mislead by the estimated time to completion, but I also don't mind that it took some extra time because I wanted it done well, not fast. Very happy with the service.

We moved from Shopware to Shopify. After a few demo migrations (without costs) and some mails and costumizings we get all data to our new shop (articles with picture, variants, orders and costumer). The properties of variants we had to solve through metafields. Sites/Pages couldn‘t be migrated. Tommy and Chloe give a TOP support within this time.

The migration from Woocommerce to Shopify was done very efficiently by Tommy. I'm very happy with LitExtension's work and definitely recommend them for your migration. Using LitExtension saved me many hours of work as well as frustration. The fee for the All-in-one migration is definitely worth it.

We were on the Wordpress / WooCommerce platform and had built up a small but steady customer base so we when we moved to Shopify it was imperative that all this data was preserved intact. We needed the data to be accurate for accounting purposes and so we didn't lose any important customer information. Our first contact was with Ashley who was brilliant and learned what we needed, was very pleasant to deal with and a great communicator. We didn't have to wait long for replies which is quite important, because with sensitive data one doesn't want to be left hanging. Ashley also fielded questions extremely well. Once she knew the extent of what we wanted we were passed over to the technical guy Ben. Ben took care of the data migration. We had a transition period of around a week while we were working on the new site while keeping the old one running so we had a data overlap. Once we were fully live on Shopify he helped migrate over that overlapping data. Ben is also a very proactive worker, and a timely communicator like Ashley and answered all of our (sometimes naive) questions, kept the process running and never dropped the ball. We are very happy with the result and our team has inspected the data and its all intact. All in all a great experience. Great result and well worth the money. I would highly recommend them.

after paying usd599 they wanted us to upgrade to the usd 1699 bundle I had to negotiate to waive the extra charges they dont tell you that when you buy the app However i had 60000 products and 30000 customers and 25000 orders it took around 10 days to complete but it was done succesfully Thanks to the team , Support was always there to assist

Steve and his team did an excellent job. They were able to export specific SKUs for me as well as previous customer orders and the customer info out of our ShopSite Pro and put it into our new Shopify, which saved me a tremendous amount of time and hassle. They are also very good at communicating and fixing anything that needs a modification. Highly recommended!

Great service start to finish. From the very first demo migration to the last quality check, the team at LitExtension did a wonderful job in assisting us all the way. We mostly worked with Ben, who was able to find solutions to migrate the data items from our old store that were unique to our business into easy-to-find and easy-to-use data items on our new Shopify store. We definitely recommend the All-in-One Migration if your store has a high number of data sets (e.g. thousands of orders/customers) and unique items (e.g. expiry dates, country of origin, dimensions). The only thing that was somewhat challenging is the time difference since we are based in Canada and the LitExtension team is based in Vietnam and support is usually provided via email only. We wish there was an option to set up calls every now and then to make communication a bit easier/quicker. With that being said, we are still glad that we found LitExtension as we can't imagine being able to complete the data migration of our store without them!
