We had to migrate our shop from a platform that wasn't well known or easy to migrate. It was SQL based and used asp to render the products. We had been using this product for close to 19 years and finally had to make a change. With several thousand products and around 4000 customers we had no idea how we were going to pull it off. I found LitExtension while searching migration apps. For a very reasonable fee they migrated all my products, including photos, and all our customers. The customers even had their order history migrated. They kept in constant contact and were also very patient with us as we needed to get the products over and fine tune the items that had more then 3 variables. We didn't want the customers brought over till we felt the products and the look of the new site was where we needed it to be. It honestly was a very smooth migration. LitExtension did exactly what they told us they were going to do.

This is our third migration with this company. This project was much larger that the previous ones with several moving parts that LitExtension handled seamlessly. Their level of expertise went above and beyond our expectations. Their Customer Service is highly responsive. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to migrate their store to Shopify for any project large or small.

LitExtension helped me migrate all orders, customers and products from Wix to Shopify. At first I was a bit hesitant to use the app as you need to provide login info. But went ahead and had a great experience! My contact, Harry was super professionel and helpful throughout the entire process. Kept me informed along the way and worked very fast even though we're in very different time zones. Would definitely use again for other projects!

I would highly recommend Litextension to any store owner looking to migrate from another platform to Shopify. The migration of products was seamless and all redirects were in place from our old store. Fantastic support was there when required.

LitExtension was life saver when we needed to migrate all our orders from Ecwid to Shopify. They also offered three months of support after the migration was completed. We haven't had one single problem with the migration data. It was a breath of fresh air to still have our old customers' order history in our system. They coded it with a prefix so we could identify the Ecwid store orders. The support staff was very helpful and the transfer was not only seamless but securely completed. Highly recommend LitExtension Store Migration!

I am new to Shopify with no knowledge on how to set it up. It must have been hard for LitExtension to work with us since I had no Idea what was possible vs what was not. However, LitExtension helped throughout the whole process of the migration in a very kind manner. I would recommend LitExtension for anybody looking to migrate their website, but especially to the newbies like myself.

We decided to migrate our shop from an obsolete OsCommerce to a new Shopify shop. We started this project 1.5 years ago, unfortunately we didn't know about the existence of LitExtension (we are not experts on this kind of things, and unfortunately who cared about our shopping platforms didn't tell us about of LE). So we tried obsolete procedures who had lot of troubles, included to not migrate all photos, field incoherence etc. Fortunately, we discovered about LitExtension and everything changed! LitExtension team asked us everything we need and started working on. Whenever there was any corrections to be made, they readily made it! Jay made every effort to make sure the mirgration of my Japanese website from BASE to Shopify's platform was a complete success. I was concerned that working across websites with two different languages (Japanese and English) might cause some problems, but Jay was able to migrate everything exactly how I wanted, even changing details like the formatting of names on Shopify to match Japanese customs. While we live 12hrs away from each other, Jay worked late so that we were able to communicate at the end of his day, and I would have mine to test the site and check things. I can't imagine the process being any smoother, Jay's technical skill and helpfulness made a very stressful transition completely easy! I would recommend this service to anyone who needs to migrate any website, I'm positive LitExtension will be the right team!
