I used LitExtension Store Migration to consolidate three different e-commerce stores and a WordPress blog into a single ShopifyPlus site, with over a decade of historical data. It was a daunting task, but the customer and technical support for LitExtension were excellent. What would have taken me weeks and weeks of failed attempts to migrate data, they help me accomplish in days. For anyone migrating data to a Shopify account, I can't recommend this app and service enough.

I was skeptical at first, but my experience with LitExtension was very easy and smooth. They were able to use our old OpenCart site, move all of our order data over to our new Shopify site, and even map all of the product data in there so we had all of the products in the migrated orders. Sean, the customer service agent was incredibly responsive and thorough. Quick to fix any issues, and very transparent with the process. Will definitely be using LitExtension for any future migrations!

I used the all in one service to migrate from opencart. It wasn't straight forward because of the extent of the data detail at the source. The agent doing the migration stuck with it to completion. I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend the service to other users.

I am located in Canada and was weary about doing business overseas. We did a custom cart migration to Shopify. Could no recommend this app highly enough. The support I received in integrating our Woocommerce and Vend products was amazing. The team worked hard to make it as seamlessly as possible and allowed for my many requests. Another thing.. They don't leave you hanging. There response time is phenomenal! I'll defiantly use them again.

We used LiteExtension app for our Store Migration Project. We migrated from Magento to Shopify. We had lots of customizations and we used LiteExtension's All in one customization service. We could finish and complete our project very quickly without any hassles. Absolutely satisfied, the migration work which was excellent beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!

I had a very large Volusion store with a couple hundred thousand orders, products, customers, and reviews to migrate. I signed up for their "All in One" service and they have impressed me as far as how quickly they began working on the import and how much of the old Volusion data they were able to import into Shopify. The tech assigned to do the work (Sean Dang) sends regular update messages with migration status and responds quickly to any questions I have.

Amazing, The response time and service was great. chatted with them about what I wanted and they gave me a competitive price. the important thing for me is communication and they did that well. I'm dealing with another app company at the moment and it's at least a day between responses. (not good)

We used this app to migrate from magento to shopify. We had a massive amount of data which they solved perfectly. We can really recommend LitExtension and their staff! They are extremely professional in all they do. Pricing is fair and their customer service is second to none.

Without LitExtension, it would have been impossible to migrate our old e-commerce site from Prestashop to Shopify. Everything from basic customer service to technical support is flawless. I highly recommend them. I am a graphic designer and I am working for a food retailer, handling marketing for the store. I am not a web expert. I had done some web design work, but not involved in development and web mastering. The toughest challenge was to migrate the reward point service, because our version of Prestashop was 1.5.x and newest version is 1.7.7.5. Once I had a problem because, the technical staff member was replaced by a new one by previous ones’ job leave, and the reward point numbers got messed up at that time. But the new staff member was patient and he got the numbers right in the end. Thank you for your professionalism and warm support.
