We had to migrate as fast as possible from a slow Magento 2.4.5 e-shop platform to Shopify, and to do so, we used LitExtension to migrate all our possible data from Magento 2 to Shopify. We had to take a fast decision, as our Magento site became unstable and we had to move fast. It was done very smoothly, professionally and in a record time. The migration has been very instrumental to our new happy success on Shopify platform. Without this migration, the switch to Shopify would be much more chaotic for shoppers, and thanks to LitExtension migration in 2 days, we were able to be live with our new site in 4 days! A record, which we would have never thought possible! Thanks again!

I've used LitExtension several times. Migration went smoothly from Magento2. Customer's service is the best. Quick response 24/7. even custom parameters from custom attributes.

Migrating to a new store is always a big job. Tracee handled our migration from Big commerce to Shopify and we didn't have to worry about doing all the work. It was a seamless transition and all of our orders, products, blog and customers were migrated over, as well as the redirects built. Made launching a whole lot easier. Would highly recommend.

I am really impressed how I could migrate from a old Zencart cms to Shopify with this app. It's been 5 or 6 years that I was thinking to move and always worried about problems in migrations urls, items, categories, so always waiting and waiting and procrastinating. For my all smooth and fine.

Not at all satisfied. Products transferred with incorrect weights, and none of the products descriptions transferred with the correct styling. All the headings and even paragraphs are gone. I have 480 products and I have to open up everyone and fix it. THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY MONEY. The only reason I am giving it two stars instead of one is because they supposedly handled my redirects. No idea if they actually did. Such a terrible waste of my time and money.

I am so happy with the service! I was on BigCommerce for 6 years and just moved to Shopify - the LitMigration team was incredibly responsive and ensured a perfectly smooth transition! When there were tiny tweaks to be made, they made them and provided 5 star customer service. In addition to the website migration, they also are performing Lightspeed POS --> Shopify POS. So far, everything is smooth and well!

The app claims it is a US based company. It is not- The work is being done in Vietnam and communication was difficult because of language barrier and time zone. In addition they wanted full access to the square account which is something I was very uncomfortable with. I provided the access to the items I needed transferred, but they wanted full access to the entire account and my double verification for log in disabled. As a result we cancelled the service and found someone local to assist. This was a waste of energy and time. Per your reply- in the description of the app in the Shopify App Store it’s states it is a US based company. Thank you for refunding the payment. I was unaware would would have to grant full access to ALL my information when all I needed to migrate was inventory.
