I needed a bit of assistance following a Theme change, reached out to developer who solved the issue within hours. Great support, thank you again. Sometimes providing an App is great but the support is lacking, DEFINITELY NOT IN THIS CASE - Great Support.

Great app! The out of the box interface and customizable options could be improved, however, I contacted the team with the changes I required and they were very helpful in customizing the app to my site's needs. Great customer service.

INSTALL THIS APP NOW! I can't say this strongly enough; if you are looking for a search and collection filter system this is the one you want! The app is solid, the customer service is fantastic, responsive, and they made multiple back end configuration customizations for me in record time, and I'm shocked at how inexpensive it is. 90% of the options out there are up to $300 a month because of the size of our inventory and I was searching off and on for months, and this just blows them out of the water. The ONLY thing I would say if asked to give a drawback is it takes a few more seconds for some heavy product pages to load, but we have over 20,000 items and dozens of tag groups with hundreds of tags, so that's totally understandable. Your typical shopify store should notice no major difference in load time. If our store can handle it with only a few extra seconds of delay, it will work perfectly for just about everyone else. I would gladly pay a little more for this app from an awesome developer!

I can't say enough good things about this app and the support. Every time an issue came up unique to our store, the customer support was responsive and solved the problem, even if it was a tricky one that needed a personalized solution. We've been using this app for about 3 years with excellent results. Until recently I had not needed any tech support, but when I did, they were VERY quick to respond and help!

I have been using this app for 2 weeks. Our store has more than 10,000 products and 30,000 variants . This app did much better than any of the other apps i have used in shopify ( and over the last several years I have used many search apps ) Filters are amazing and the filters even come in the normal collections . ( Does not happen in many apps) . Great customer support . I have contacted them 5 times and got replies and solutions in 1 or 2 hours .
