We’ve been using LiveRecover for a few months now, and the results speak for themselves. The onboarding process was seamless, and their team is incredibly professional and responsive. If you want a hands-off way to recover abandoned checkouts with a personal touch, this is it.
Very responsive team and clear ROI
What sets LiveRecover apart is the team behind it. They've been genuinely collaborative — proactively suggesting new tests and willing to build flows around our specific business needs rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all setup. It feels like they're as invested in our performance as we are. That partnership shows in the results. Our returning customer flow has been the standout, converting at 46.9% with a 45.3% reply rate. Holdout testing gave us real confidence the lift is incremental, and for every 1 customer who redeemed the discount code, 3.7 more bought without it — the conversation itself drives action. If you're a Shopify brand serious about retention, LiveRecover is a no-brainer.
We’ve been extremely impressed with LiveRecover. It fills a critical gap in our funnel by adding a real human touch exactly where automation falls short. Simple to implement, high impact, and a great addition to any eCommerce stack.
Very disappointed in this platform. We were excited to try this out but kept getting a server error from LiveRecover site when connecting our Shopify. Support tried to help then eventually disappeared in responses and AI responses started taking over with never solving the issue.
