Very disappointed in this platform. We were excited to try this out but kept getting a server error from LiveRecover site when connecting our Shopify. Support tried to help then eventually disappeared in responses and AI responses started taking over with never solving the issue.

The team at LiveRecover is very responsive and helpful. Setup was a breeze, and I've had great customer service through onboarding and afterwards. I am looking forward to seeing recovered carts start to rise!

From start to finish the team was so helpful which is one thing i look for when onboarding partners, but I couldn't recommend the app more! What a great tool to have at your disposal and really has made a difference
