The chat box is not displayed on your website because the setting "Show only in pop-up", which can be found under Settings > Advanced it turned on. Please turn it off and click on "Update" button. When this setting is on, the chat box will not show up, until the website visitor clicks on a specific button or link, which needs to have a special CSS class, which can be set manually only if you have access to your website HTML code.
