DANGEROUS APP Out of nowhere, my account was hit with -207,844 credits no warning, no confirmation, no hard limit, nothing. The app continued consuming credits after my balance was already exhausted, due to their own system not having a proper credit cap (which they later admitted). Support took ages to respond, repeatedly claimed “the team is unavailable,” and dragged the process out while my store functionality was effectively blocked. After granting backend access and waiting through multiple back-and-forths, they finally admitted the issue was caused by their system failure. And their solution? They want ME to pay for HALF of THEIR mistake. Let that sink in: I never approved going over my credit limit I never intended to translate more than my balance Their system allowed it due to missing safeguards They acknowledge this Yet they still demand payment to unlock my account If I don’t pay, I can’t use the app anymore even though the negative balance exists solely because of their broken system.

Stay away from Locales.ai. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I strongly advise anyone considering Locales.ai to stay as far away as possible. We have spent over $15K USD on translations using this app, and the result has been nothing short of disastrous. There are huge, obvious bugs that cause product pages to appear half translated in one language and half in another. This is not a minor issue — it completely breaks the user experience and makes a professional e-commerce site look amateurish... What’s even worse is the total inefficiency in handling problems. These issues have been reported weeks ago, multiple times, and to this day they are still unresolved. No clear answers, no timelines, no ownership. Customer support is practically nonexistent. Responses are slow, vague, or simply stop altogether. For a paid tool at this price point, this level of support is frankly unacceptable. To be clear: Massive translation bugs Broken multilingual product pages Weeks of waiting with no resolution No real customer support Money spent with zero accountability This is one of the worst experiences we’ve had. The app is unreliable, the support is missing, and the overall product quality is extremely poor. Avoid Locales.ai. A complete waste of time and money.

No customer service whatsoever, avoid this app at all costs, I do not recommend it!!!

Just started using Locales.ai. The support team is fantastic! And the app is very easy to use. So far so good!
