I wasn't happy with the pricing and the way they bill but their customer service went above and beyond to try to solve my issues, I will not continue using this service but I can say their customer service is very attentive.

This app works great compare to other app since it can translate everything based in AI. This is much more accurate than previous translating app. And it costs less too. However, this app still needs a bit improvement for translating third party content. I had an issue with that, and it wasn't solved at this moment. So I am waiting for update now. Overall, this app is great, and looking forward for further improvement.
