DO NOT USE. We tested this app with a select group of VIP Pros for two months but ultimately decided against it due to the steep pricing structure. After canceling our subscription, our website immediately experienced significant issues. It took our IT team three full days attempting to remove all the leftover CSS. Eventually, the damage was so extensive that we had no choice but to duplicate our theme entirely.
Hello! It looks like Locksmith was removed from your apps list before Locksmith’s code removal process was run. I’m really sorry for this experience, and I can definitely understand how frustrating this must have been. We really appreciate you letting us know how things went. Locksmith does have a code removal process. However, after Locksmith is removed from the apps list, it no longer has permission to access your theme, which prevents it from removing its own code. For anyone reading this who finds themselves in this situation: to remove all of Locksmith's code from your theme, reinstall Locksmith and then run the uninstall process from the Locksmith app’s “Help” page, or disable the app from the app’s settings page. You'll then be able to safely remove Locksmith from your apps list.
