Probably the best app experience I have had on Shopify. We run a fitness website and have had no issues configuring it for multiple levels of access. Isaac is a very good developer and understands what stores need and how to make it easy to implement.

I do a lot of wholesale sales, it was important for me to have a wholesale side to my business. Locksmith has been wonderful. No problems, the few questions I had the developer was very responsive. I would highly recommend this app if you sell wholesale!

The CASE Centre has found locksmith to be a wonderfully versatile app, capable of dealing with a complex set of parameters that govern how our audience can view Subscription and Free Content (Scholarly and apologetic articles ranging from 500 to 5000 words). Isaac and the team at Locksmith were friendly, fast and reliable with answering questions and made a big effort to understand our specific needs. Where the App was not set up to cope with a large volume of complex locks, they were able to customize code and locks specific to the patterns of our subscription and free readers.They saved us many hours of time, so we didn't have to set up each lock one-by-one and provided advice about how to better structure our content/tags etc. I can highly recommend Locksmith.

We don't need to use Locksmith a lot but when we do, I wish every Shopify app was like it: * Straightforward: does exactly what it says it does * Powerful: a lot of options to fit our needs * Easy to use: all controls are essentially available from 1, maybe 2 windows * Simple install and uninstall, if necessary. No more paying someone or spending hours cleaning up code on your own * Support is fast, knowledgeable, and cooperative Perfect. Thank you.

Locksmith is an amazing app. Very easy to use, works perfectly. Well engineered. Reliable. It is a crucial plugin for us that allows us to change our entire website and products for regular customers vs wholesale customers.

This app works better than advertised. Lock just about anything. We used it to create a wholesale website by locking out pages we didn't want retail customers to see and vis versa, all based on their customer tags. Might sound complicated but it's very easy

Sooo happy I found this app! It was exactly what I needed to restrict viewing the prices on our store. It's super easy to use and Isaac was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. Best customer service ever!!

Highly recommended! We had a few issues getting things tweaked the way we wanted them to be and Isaac was right there to help us out including adding some extra code for us when the theme wasn't working the way we wanted it too. He was also very patient with us as we learned how to do the locks properly although it is very easy to do once we got the hang of it. Isaac really went above and beyond to make sure his app did what we needed it to do. Great service and great people!

This app has been great, but more importantly, the support that goes with this app is AMAZING. They've been able to direct me along when I'm so new at shopify, and was able to help me solve my issues very easily, with extra buttons & service on their app. Highly recommend using this app!

Locksmith is a great app our Wholesale Business. It allows us to restrict the visibility of our product range to account holders only. This app is invaluable to our business model! Also, the level of customer service from Isaac is amazing! Friendly and quick responses, and he even went out of his way to resolve an issue which has been causing me a lot of headache! At the very least, trial this app if it sounds like something you might find useful but I'm pretty sure you'll end up subscribing! ;)

We recently used Locksmith for a big event, and Isaac was so helpful in getting a few tweaks done for everything to work perfectly. And his answers were so quick! I highly recommend the app.

Good app, does what its supposed to. I'm not a developer so I don't know what goes into the day to day, but I feel the app is overpriced. Similar apps (those that just add code to your website) are typically around $5 or $6 USD, which seems more reasonable. The reason I gave this 3 stars is because after I stopped using it, it still blocked some of my products. I was driving ads to some of my pens, but the sales just stopped. It took me a while to realize that the app was making it so those products wouldn't show up, even though I cancelled the service and "unlocked" the products. If you just check to make sure your products are appearing you are good to go. Great customer service.
