Experience orrible. I have migrated my store form another platform, after i setted up some app that i would have like to TEST. In my store. This app started charging me the "exceeding order limit fee". Never used the app, never sent a fidelity card, or referral. But they have charged me. I contacted the customer service and they said that they thought i was talking about another application. This is done to take time and force Shopify to pay the invoice that i clearly request to delete, since the order where not made to date (so app did not track anything) and the service for "exceeding order" was never done, since i have never setted up the app.

We fully understand your concerns, especially since you were not actively using the app and were unaware that these charges could be incurred. To clarify, exceeding order charges are automatically generated once the order quota associated with a paid plan is surpassed. However, we recognize that this situation was unexpected from your perspective, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion it caused. As the invoice was generated through Shopify's billing system, we are unfortunately unable to remove or waive the charge directly. To address this matter, our team has already applied credits to your account which you can use to offset the invoice amount. We also came across your 1-star review and were truly sorry to learn that your experience with our app left you feeling disappointed. This is not the experience we want any of our merchants to have. While we cannot undo the confusion and frustration caused, we hope that the credits we have issued demonstrate our genuine commitment to making things right and supporting you fairly.
