Although we've been using this app only for a little while as we're still at the very beginning of starting up a new business, so far even the free features of this app are enough for us to do almost everything we want for our customers online and they work well within Shopify. The customer service (via online chat) was also super helpful and replied very promptly to my super long question haha. Would 100% recommend this app :)
