Lololyal has one of the best customer service platforms that I ever ever worked with. I really appreciate the real-time support chat that's available 24/7. This has made working late nights much more efficient. The team is also quick in helping to resolve issues. Support is perfect - fast answers with screenshots to better understand options to fix problems. App is easy to use and can be edited/customized for my needs. Definitely suggest. So far I have tried reward program. Next I will use VIP program and test it out.

Excellent service. Quick response time. I had some issue with my theme and this application, making it very slow and not fully functional. I was on the brink of uninstalling it and trying another service, but they fixed the issue in less than a few days and now the application is working perfectly on my store. Very impressed.
