The app is very easy to use and fits for purpose! Also the customer service is very good, always replying back in a timely manner and fixing any issue that might come up.

The Support team doesn't answer. I need help to cancel my subscription. I have been charged while I have uninstalled the application ans was not using it. So I need help to cancel the subscription, send multiple messages to the support team but there is no answer.
Hi, we did receive your enquiries and did reply to them, please check your junk folders incase the response has gone in there. We definitely did replied before you left this review. To cancel a subscription to a Shopify app simply uninstall it from your store and you will no longer be charged. You can uninstall an app by going to settings then "Apps and sales channels" and uninstalling your apps there. If you require any further assistance please just ask. I found this app very easy to navigate. The developer was very quick to respond with any questions I had or support I needed. This app satisfied our need to create an easy to use Lookbook for a range of our products. Highly recommend.

I have been trying suspend this subscription due to the Coronavirus but there is no way to do that through the app plus the only way to contact them is through email, which they do not answer!!!!
Thanks for contacting us again for support, we did respond to your previous enquiry, please check that it isn’t in your junk folders as we have had reports of that happening sometimes. To remove an app on Shopify simply delete the app from your store and you will not be charged in future. We are unable to shut down payments while you still have it installed as that is not how Shopify works unfortunately. The site owners remove the App to achieve this. We sent a collaboration invite to your admin, please accept this so we can ensure that it is removed and you are not charged.

This app has exceptional functionality and we have had a wonderful response and feedback on our online Lookbooks. The Mod Media team is also very responsive and go above and beyond with any assistance required. Would not hesitate to recommend this app.

I love this app! You can create a professional catalog quickly and it is very easy to use. On top they have the best customer service. They actually contacted me within seconds and fixed a problem that wasn't even related to their app.

The app itself is great, easy to use and works perfectly the way we want it to. Installed in under a minute ;) Mod Media are also great with their support, answers our questions every time and goes extra mile for customization.
